Prompt friendly service. No questions went unanswered. Customer lounge was very comfortable with plenty of lounge chairs and refreshments.

We bought a CPO QX80. After getting home we find there are no car mats in the front. We spoke with Jae and are told we can buy them at cost. And we also found out that ‘gassed up ready to go’ means 1/4 tank of gas. Makes me wonder what else they snuck by us. Not a good feeling.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience attempting to lease a vehicle from Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. I was treated poorly by the finance manager, and the repeated requests to verify my identity made my experience even more frustrating. As a 60-year-old Black woman with a near-perfect credit score of 830, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism during my visit to the dealership. However, the finance manager I worked with was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions and concerns. This behavior made me feel undervalued as a customer and left a very negative impression of the dealership. In addition, I was asked to verify my identity numerous times during my visit. While I understand the importance of verifying my identity for security purposes, the frequency with which I was asked to do so was excessive and unnecessary. This made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated, and it added an unnecessary level of stress to an already unpleasant experience. He also lied about the lease offer that I was approved for. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. The finance manager's behavior was unacceptable, and the repeated requests to verify my identity were excessive and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times, and I hope that the management team at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect in the future. From my first contact with Aaron, he stayed in contact with me to include providing me a personal video of the vehicle I was interested in/buying. This personal experience separated Aaron from other dealerships who wanted my business. I’m from out of state, but didn’t mind coming to Luther Infiniti of Bloomington to make this purchase. He stuck true to his timeline and delivered on every promise not at one point did I feel pressured in making such a big purchase my comfort and satisfaction was of the upmost priority for both Steve and Joe, I appreciate the hospitality and respect that Steve showed both me and my family.
