I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.

We wish to thank Rudy and Lance for their help last week. We give them a 10 for their service! They are very patient and knowledgeable of explaining our Infinity bells and whistle.

I have leased my second QX60 and cannot wait to return

I have leased my second QX60 and cannot wait to return it. I had a bad experience the first time so was stupid to lease again. The customer service is poor, it takes way too long for an oil change (3 hours!), the car has a bunch of technology glitches, and I had to replace breaks and tires on both before 30,000 miles. I have leased 7 cars and have never once had to replace anything on other makes other than Infiniti. I discourage anyone from purchasing.

Brad is a friend of a friend so I came here looking for a Toyota Tundra and he mentioned his brother or brother in law having one and loving it. He was straightforward about the downsides of that truck and gave several reasons why he would or wouldn't pick a specific truck on the list we were looking at. A year later when I asked him how I should go about selling the truck after some things changed, the first thing he told me was that I'd get way more for it selling it on my own and if I did bring it to a dealership I shouldn't get anything more than an inspection and market value appraisal. Those friends of friends don't always work out, but Brad was great! Any time I purchase through a dealership I will contact Brad first, even if I live in a different state.
