This is the second truck I have bought with them. The first has lasted me 7 years and is still going and I am very hard on them. I am an out of state customer and I put money down with out even looking at the car. The truck I bought has 90,000 miles on it and drives great so far. There was a couple things about the cosmetics of the truck I wasn't thrilled with and let them know while I was there. But I couldn't stick around at the time to deal with it so I bought the truck thinking that was the end of it. I got a call 2 days later from there management following up with me and telling me they wanted to make sure I was taken care of and they were able to meet my needs. Very few (or no other) used car dealerships would even take the time and effort to follow up and do that to make sure you feel good about your purchase. This shows they aren't just there to move cars but to take care of there clients. Will be looking here first when ready to buy my next truck!

I had been researching new trucks for a couple weeks and saw one at I had liked at Elite Motors in Mundelein so decided to go in on Feb 10th. Upon arrival my wife and I were promptly greeted by Bryson as soon as we walked in. I informed him about the truck we were there to see and he immediately went to grab the keys so we could take it for a test drive. Took the truck out for a drive and Bryson was very informed of the vehicle features and specs and was pointing out different things I knew (I knew obviously because i had been looking at the truck and researching it for a good two weeks lol) The Truck was great!! We got back to the dealership and started to talk numbers. Bryson and Elite were able to get me a great rate and right where I wanted to be with the downpayment I had. Signed the papers and bought my first new vehicle since I was 20 (I'm 36 now haha) Overall the whole experience was great and very comfortable for someone like me who doesn't do this or make big purchases very often lol. I would 100% recommend Elite Motors (and especially for Trucks as they had some of the best quality and priced trucks in the greater Northern Chicago land area) Thanks Elite Motors and Bryson and keep up the good work!!
