My first review was good only because they have you fill out the review in front of the salesman before you finalize the paperwork. BEWARE OF THIS DEARLERSHIP!!!! DO NOT SIGN ON THE IPAD WITHOUT SEEING THE CONTRACT. Ronald Brock is the Finance Manager, and he/Elite added $2695 warranty I did not want or agree to. They only provided me the bill of sale which did not have the warranty on it. Beware, bill of sale is NOT the contract!!! I'm not a lawyer and too trusting I guess. After I found out about the warranty, I told them I wanted to return the car due to their deceptive business practices. Only reason I kept the car was that Ronald told me it was a "mistake" and sent me cancelation form for the warranty and promise that check would be sent out within 2 to 3 weeks. It's been over 6 weeks now. I've filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General's office with their Consumer Fraud Bureau.
