Hello Everyone, Last week I had the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm 61 and have owned many cars. I wanted an older inexpensive used car to use for a short while because I plan to buy a new car next year when I retire from driving a long way to work and plan on giving this car to my grandson when he completes drivers ed and gets his first drivers license. I found the exact vehicle I wanted online at www.elitemotorschicago.com, called about it and found out it was still available. When I got there I was assisted by Kiarnan a sales associate there who then brought the vehicle up to the door for a test drive. It's a 2004 Toyota RAV4 automatic with 4 wheel drive. It looked and handled like a dream car. It had 112,000 miles on it but for a Toyota that's nothing, my Corolla has 380,000 on it and we kept it as a spare. It's slate gray with black interior and not a spot on it. I'd made up my mind to get it instantly and Kiarnen made the buying process easy as 1-2-3. It was an incredible buy at $6,900 because this car was showroom perfect. I only put $2,000 down and the sales team bent over backwards to get me the best deal possible. Kiarnan put his attention to every detail even having the vehicle detailed before I took delivery and drove it home. I bought it as is but they still gave me 15 days to have it checked out to make sure everything was totally satisfactory and this morning I took it to my mechanic and he went over it from 8 this morning until 10:30 checking out everything only to come back and tell me the car was super clean with zero defects, which I already knew just from driving it but now I had confirmation and he commented on what a great vehicle it was and what a great deal I got. I already referred my friend there when she drove me there to pick it up as she immediatelygot interested in a car for her daughter. Kiarnan printed her a carfax report to show to her daughter and I'm sure they'll be headed there soon. Mr. Kiarnan is the best salesman I've ever had in enconuntered with. His determination to get the best deal and a car was top notch. He had the patience, knowledge, skills? And determination that a salesperson should have and beyond. dealership was top notch! He really went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car. Kiarnan fought so hard to get us the car and I couldn't be more grateful, truly an angel. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Kiarnan to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
