Even though I did not buy the used vehicle they advertised, the sales guy and his boss were up front, polite and respectful. They explained their reasoning on pricing, provided competitive examples and were willing to address our needs should we change our minds. We ended up not buying the vehicle because it ended up not meeting our needs, not anything Elite did.

I came into Elite Motors because I have challenged credit and my car was recently totaled so I needed to purchase a new car. I was paired up with Tom from sales and he was very straightforward and honest didn't sugar coat anything. Got approved for loan then we picked out the perfect car and purchased it. As I was driving home my check engine light came on I called Tom immediately and brought the car back to the dealership and I'm now driving a rental paid for by Elite motors while they fix what is wrong with my car. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I have gotten so far and can't wait to get my new car back.

The experience was great coming to you guys for a vehicle. I was looking for a suv and thats what I got. Joey G is a great/funny guy and I really appreciate him helping me find my first suv. Thanks!

There inspection is a joke they didn't do it or looked over the checks. I bought a truck from them and the windshield wiper pump didn't work. Called they said it is as is sell. Wipers reservoir was empty how can you check it if there's no fluid in it. The oil life monitor was not reset you think that be part of their inspection. They're detailing after the sale was garbage found dust next to the seat that they didn't even clean the windows were left very streaky. The interior was not very clean. The outside of the truck from what I have seen looked OK cleaning wise. Overall I would not buy from them again or what I recommend anybody to ever go there

I got into an accident and needed a new car, Tom Peterson not only provided me with the utmost customer service but also helped me get the car that I love! I recommend Tom to all the car buyers and he is very informative and knowledgeable in his field.

All I have to say is WOW, Alejandro made everything so easy, fun and fast. I think within 2 hours i was in and out with my super clean Ford Limited. I couldn't believe I have never heard of this before or I would have bought all my past cars from here.
