If you are from Wisconsin, do not buy a vehicle from here. I was told they would take care of my plates since they took mine with my car. I waited 5 months... before I found out the salesman didn't do the paperwork correctly and I have to spend over 2 hours in the DMV getting my own plates.

I had a great experience last Friday buying my new 2018 Toyota C-HR. I originally thought I'd only be able to afford a used car....boy was i wrong. They... played with the numbers and my monthly payment is exactly what I can afford on a three year lease. My family and I came here last week to buy a used car. Sales people were nice about it, handled everything well until the end, it all went horrible. We... ended up writing a personal check just to hold out spot, having them assure us it would not be cashed if we brought the cashier's check in the next few days. Long story short, they ended up cashing both checks, leaving my dad's personal account with insufficient funds and a big fee from the bank. We did check with one of the sales people to make sure it was shredded and she said yes it has been a few days before this happened. On top of that, they assured us that they would call the rust protection place to help us schedule a time but I ended up having to call myself. Very disappointed in how they handled things after. I understand they are very busy and things get lost in transition sometimes, but the check situation just put me over the top. Hope you guys can get your stuff together and help the customer through the whole process instead of not caring about them, and dropping them half way in the end because you are "too busy".

They are quite good at masking the smell temporarily. Wait a couple weeks. They were not forthcoming with that info. This was a 2018 car.

When I shop for a major purchase like a new car I want to save money and if I can get a really good deal. Their salesman was nice on the phone in talking... about the car and features I wanted so we set an appointment for me to come in to talk price and have my old car trade-in value set. Complete wast of my time! He didn’t tell me they were a “one price” dealer. I would not have gone if he had. I wasted several hours talking & emailing with him, driving to/from the dealer, and short meeting there. Walser’s “one price” was $1,000 plus more than another MN dealer! They wouldn’t budge on their price at all. So if you don’t want to haggle on price you can go there but understand you will probably be over paying for your car.

Worst late used car buying experience I have ever had. Paid cash. I guess if they don’t get a spread on financing they would rather not sell a... car. Meaning they make $ finding financing for you above market and keep part of the income stream. Will not be back. Taking my business to private sellers or ethical dealers. Terrible crooked organization. I won’t be back.....

Car paperwork was completed in the morning with the wife coming to pick it up at the end of the day. Plenty of time to wash the car and vacuum the inside.... Neither was done. Not even enough gas in the vehicle to make it back home (10 miles away) without the gas light coming on. No survey or email from them wanting my input with how pleased I was with their customer service. I can see why they don't want to hear about their customer service! Called to discuss with the general manager, but he as too busy to call me so had one of his helpers call me. He showed no compassion or remorse. I absolutely will not purchase another vehicle from this location!!

My Girlfriend and I went in to buy a Prius V. We had already identified the ones available and Willie came out and greeted us. He was polite and knowledgable.... He ran in to grab the keys and we ended up buy-in the car. The only downside is we worked the deal with weather tech mats. The front and middle came in the following day, although we were not notified. The cargo area has not arrived yet and it has been 6 business days. I am curious on why the largest floor manufacturers would struggle with the 3rd most popular car in the world. The cargo area carpet is unprotected and is tan, in MN in the middle of winter, that is a long time to wait for a very popular product.
