Service team told me that my car's problem was within the warranty period and could be fixed with $0 out of pocket. It is rare to come across such honesty and professionalism. When it was clear that it would take more than couple of hours, I was provided a drop off and pick up service too. Top notch customer service and experience. I would be going back for my future car needs.

After waiting for vehicle for 4months, with no updates

After waiting for vehicle for 4months, with no updates from dealership, sales manager insisted we take delivery within 2 days upon vehicle's arrival or lose it, in spite of fact we were out of town. When we did pick up vehicle, they took our check and that was it. I asked about someone showing me features of vehicle and was pawned off on a kid at reception desk who asked me "what do you want to know"? Will NEVER buy from Walser again.

Salesman knew nothing. Manager unhelpful. Actual delivery and explanation of features was terrible. Will never buy from Walser again.

After finding the new car sticker for $1400 less than

After finding the new car sticker for $1400 less than what I paid in the glove box, I drove to the car dealer to inquire why. I was told Toyota made a mistake on the final price. I was shocked and appalled when the dealership refused to honor the sticker price.
