Horrible big box store atmosphere, down to the parking garage sales lot. You are just a number even though you’re spending 50000. Salesman Jacob was decent. Car was filthy inside and out. Supposed to be Certified Toyota. Problems with seats, missing parts. Highly doubt it went through the certified Toyota inspection at all. Go to a smaller dealer it’s worth it.

Very kind and helpful service from the beginning to the end. Also they have a great 3-day return policy in case you panic and change your mind.

They keep adverting they have vehicles for sale that are already sold and then keep them listed as though the vehicle is still for sale.
I wish I could’ve given zero stars.
I wish I could’ve given zero stars. The worst dealership ever. Bought a car from them back in November when i was on work trip from Illinois. They said it shouldn’t be a problem. They will send all the paperwork to DMV in Illinois and I will get my plates right away. Since then still nothing called them like 100 times asking them why it’s taken so long and they keep telling me that it takes up to three months to get them. But when I went to DMV they told me that they never finish the paperwork and that it takes 5-7 day to receive the plates by mail. They not even send the payment to process my plates. Trying to speak to the branch manager and he’s never available for the past month and a half always either on vacation or not in. The worst mistake I ever did.
Sales and service visits are quick and easy!
I have now purchased two vehicles from Adam at Walser Toyota and couldn't recommend him enough. I even sent a family member to purchase a Tacoma from him too! The process was easy and straight forward, and they were able to track down both vehicles that I wanted. Service was also quick when both times I've serviced there they finished the service before the time that was stated when I arrived.
Walser Toyota? Never Again
Walser Toyota is not a trustworthy business. They straight up lie about used car inspections, even on "certified" vehicles. They also have serious issues with getting you the title in a timely fashion, we've waited 3 months now. Read the BBB complaints about this place before even thinking about giving them business. All Bad.
Frustrated costumer
I drove to Walser Toyota on separate occasions to look at two used trucks that I was very interested in. I was informed by not only one salesman, but three salesmen, that the truck would come with a five year/60000 mile warranty. They were all very certain of the warranty, and honestly that was a big part in my decision to go look at these vehicles here. Unfortunately, when I sat down to sign the paperwork, I was very disappointed to be told that the truck truly only came with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. Very frustrating…when I was ready to make a rather lofty purchase.
