Kenny was amazing.

Kenny was amazing. The process was efficient and surprisingly reasonably priced! This is the first time I visited the remodeled service area. Wow!

My appointment was at 11:50 and the car was not looked at

My appointment was at 11:50 and the car was not looked at until 1:15. What does appointment mean, I suggest you look it up in dictionary. I will need to find someplace else for future service and car purchases.

We were informed of the problems they found with our car,

We were informed of the problems they found with our car, were given choices for repairs, were kept updated and given a loaner car. Mark was very helpful.

I arrived on time for my oil change appointment, but

I arrived on time for my oil change appointment, but waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted even though there were 7 front desk individuals. Most were either looking at their computers or talking to each other. No one was on the phone. After I was finally greeted, the rest of the appointment went smoothly. I liked the video that summarized the condition of my car. I was told that I needed new brakes, which was not a surprise, and quoted a price that seemed high. I said I'd think about it, then took the car to an auto service shop near our home with whom we've worked before. They quoted a price for new brakes that was substantially less, so they ended up with our business.

Carina did an absolutely awesome job getting me into my 2018 Porsche Macan Sport Edition. She and her leadership team met my high expectations. It was a spectacular experience. I love my preowned Porsche.

This was not a good experience.

This was not a good experience. Did not receive video until after charge and concerns were not addressed. Check lights were still on after leaving when it was my main concern. Rep could not explain problems with vehicle and severity.
