Long wait. Parts not in when scheduled ahead of time. Requests not followed. Too many reminders and survey emails and texts

Service was pretty good, however prices have raised without much explanation. There was even some things on my report on the car that weren’t explained and should have been…like an oil leak?!

The Walser car buying experience was awesome. I liked that I was greeted by a receptionist and offered water or coffee, then seated in a lounge and waited for my assigned salesmen(Keyla). We went over the information about the car I was about to buy and he offered to talk about financing options. I offered to pay cash, so I didn't need options. The car was brought around for me and I took a test drive. I loved the car and bought it. I signed the paper work and drove home. Easy Peezy!
