Last week I bought a new Chevy Trax from Matt Klisch. He was great to deal with as was everyone at Friendly. Matt took the time to make sure I was completely... satisfied even when I changed my mind a few times. He got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted going to another dealer to get it. I got a great trade in for my Cruze and financing was easy. I keep my cars for a long time because I don't especially like the buying process but this was as easy as it could get. I am so happy with my new car.

Bought a new Silverado, made an appointment for service, no loaner available, picked it up only to have the same problem the next day 20 miles later. ... Called for appointment, can't get in for 5 days, no loaner available . Not a manager on site to speak with at 4:00 in the afternoon! No one to assist!

Before I bought the truck they sprayed Rhino liner on a side quarter panels it peeled three times they did the bumper to but they will not fix that cuz... they did it over chrome

I had my tohoe towed to this place to get a key replacement. They called and told me my truck was too far from the building and they need to tow it inside... from INSIDE THEIR OWN PARKING LOT and charged me 140$. Called back to speak with the service manager and told him what was going on and ask him can you waive the fee. He told me I'm about to be a little sarcastic I said oh no that means you're going to be very sarcastic he said would you like to pay double because I don't have employees here who work for free and we're giving you the best deal that we can. I asked him isn't the name of this dealership Friendly Chevrolet he said yes I said was that friendly what you just said to me he said no the friendly part was me warning you before I said it I asked him to not do the work on my vehicle and I'll pick it up he told me he's in charge and they did it anyway. That's the just of it, extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend my enemy to this place. At lease not the service department!!!!!

Bought a used truck,found a serious problem,returned it no question asked,No strange looks,felt very comfortable,I was very impressed,the buying process... was just as impressive.I would recomend these guys to anyone!
