I always have a positive experience here. They take good care of their customers and they have a huge selection of vehicles. I never felt pressured like I have at some other dealerships.

Have been buying vehicles from Friendly since 1991, always a great experience and the best service department you will find anywhere. Did not have a part for my truck in stock, so they took one out of their tow truck so we could keep our reservations for our family vacation we were leaving on the following day, that is the kind of service I get every time I have my vehicle serviced.

Mike Swords did a great job. He took time to understand my needs and found options that fit my budget. I have not felt this good about buying a car in all of my previous purchases.

Mike Swords is a wonderful salesman. He works very hard to find a car that is right for you. He does not try to talk you into something that you may not be able to afford. Ashley was very friendly and showed us a the nicest truck we had seen and for a very competitive price which was in our price range. The dealership gave us the best trade in value on our trade we had been offered. Ashley was friendly and professional and we enjoyed working with her. We were very pleased.

I'm from out of state, and live 4 hours away from friendly Chevrolet - and I would go back in a heartbeat. Dustin was great through the entire buying process, and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. In addition - Jeremy the finance guy - is as professional as they come. Once again he answered all the questions I had, and explained all of my options in regards to payments, warranties, etc. Both of these gentlemen made my purchase quick and painless. There was never a time where I felt 'pushed' or 'sales pitched to.' There's only 1 downfall / complaint that I have ---and that is that they are 4 hours away! I wish they had locations in wisconsin!
