Frendly chev

I made appt. 11:30am when I got there no appt. I was upset and they fix the problem with me.

Great Service, friendly staff

Every single associate we met, whether involved in our sale or not, was friendly to us. I have never been surrounded by such a happy team. Everyone was eager to help and answer any questions we had, they took time to pay attention to our wants and needs. We left with more than we expected.

Great Service

I had an amazing experience at Friendly Chev. Eric was great and allowed me the time needed to make the difficult sometimes overwhelming decision of buying a new vehicle without pushing. I appreciated his in site and feel that after the time I spent searching out a vehicle I made a great decision. I will definitely recommend anyone to come and see Eric.

Bad Experience at Friendly Chev in Fridley Minn

Had a recall on my 2008 Chev Impala took it to Friendly Chev in Fridley MN. The service tech asked me if I wanted my tires rotated for $20.00 I said ok. Well I was having trouble with a sensor in my back driver side tire, when it got cold the exclamation point would show up saying the tire needs air and I would check it manually and it didn't need air. 5 days later got cold and the exclamation point came up gee, on the same tire in the same place driver back tire. I think they took my 20 dollars and did not rotate my tires. Called and left message with Gene Lynch the service manager when he called me back he had to leave a message and he said he would send my money back but wanted to ask me a couple questions. So when I called him back and he answered he didn't ask me any questions, he just wanted to tell me that the tech must have not told the tire it was in a different position. Really what an excuse why would someone who changes tires daily forget to do half the job. I think they did not rotate my tires. I'm also still waiting to receive my 20 bucks.

I thought my experience was good there the only thing that took time was to talk to the finace manager at the end

great service from mitch

Mitch is excellant salesman. He's not too pushy and always keeps the customers needs in mind. This is our third vehicle from him and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Above and Beyond

When I arrived for a recall service, the part needed for the repair was not in stock. Anita ordered the part and made arrangements to have my vehicle repaired with no inconvenience to me. She went above and beyond to satisfy me when the repair could not be completed on my first visit.

Friendly Chevrolet Is Awesome!

Will was outstanding! Every question I had, Will answered in stride. Any question I hadn't asked, Will already answered. After the purchase was finalized, Will went through everything I needed to know about my new car. Never felt any pressure from Will. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've had in my lifetime. If I hear of anyone that is the market for a vehicle, I'm recommending Will at Friendly Chev!
