Came in for an oil change for my SRX and walked out with a XT5, thanks to Eldon McNeilly. Didn’t plan on getting a new car but wanted a quote and he did a wonderful job providing information about upgrading without the pressure and the intimidation. Was super helpful during our conversation and throughout the process of purchasing the XT5. Went out of his way to show me how to use the myCadillac app for the new XT5. Made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. Eldon is professional and knowledgeable in his role. Eldon was also patient with us when we took 3 cars on a test drive and was flexible to leave and come back for the car. Friendly and helpful people at this dealership on the sales and service side. Service side does an excellent job in taking care of customers and their cars. Jason took good care of us during the oil change and was nice enough to take back the new wipers we purchased for the SRX during the oil change.
