On 2011 my wife and I visit Feldmann import to look at pre owned BMW, long story short we not really happy with the treatment from the business manager,... so we left the dealership. And yesterday 7 years later we give Feldmann Import another try.... And WOW ... what a change Esther Odland and Haley Amundson they are AMAZING. Esther so patient and answer all the question we have. And the one thing that blew my mind is .... they stay 2 hours passes the dealership business hours so we can drive our new Mercedes home that night. Again Thank you and hopefully Feldmann Import always treat every customer with the same respect.
In 28 years of buying cars, this was the best sales experience I have ever had. Greg "the Mercedes man" Clark was extremely professional and courteous.... He always returned calls promptly. Always answered emails. He even gave me a courtesy pickup from the airport and brought me to an immaculate showroom that looked like something out of a Pebble Beach Concourse. Beautiful machines. He and I negotiated terms on a used Tesla and I cannot be happier. Then I was introduced to Geneva Eilertson who is one of the Finance Associates. She meticulously went thru the numbers and everything was transparent. There was a slight glitch in a computer program that Jenna, the Finance manager, remedied as well. Those two individuals are fantastic. No hard sales pitch. Very courteous explaining any options that I might like to be added to the car. They also discussed how nice it is to work for the Feldmann family dealership. You can tell they really enjoyed their work there. Overall, I cannot say enough about the experience. As a 26 year Air Force Pilot as well as a pilot for a major airline, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism rank high on my list. They knocked them all out of the park. Thank you. You set the standard for all dealerships ! ...(and I hope to do business again some day on an AMG Merc!) well,...I can dream.:-))
I have purchased 4 new Mercedes Benz vehicles (E Class) with this dealership and have always been very happy with their service. What I am particular pleased... with is that they have provided this service well beyond what I expected, both in quality of work and cost. In one recent example when my battery failed, a simple call to Mercedes Benz was all it took for them to pickup my car (at no cost to me) and deliver it to their shop. I had my repaired car back that same afternoon. Wonderful knowing that I'm in good hands with their staff!
i have been getting my vehicle seviced at Feldmann Imports for approximately 10 years. Service used to be excellant. Recently for the last two to three... visits and at present I'm experiencing as if being ignored. left messages in their voice mail, email but no response. Feel like not going there any more,
Talk to Haley about a car was undecided,but now I am going to get one from these guys .

All around top notch service! Whether purchasing or having vehicle service preformed, everyone at Feldmann Imports works to make it a personal, convenient... and comfortable experience. People and relationships are as much a part of their business as cars! We worked with several individuals due to the circumstances of our purchase. Jenna was patient and positive while assisting us with unforseen aspects of our trade in vehicle. We were in a position of having to make major mechanical repairs to a vehicle system known to be problematic. We had not purchased at Feldmanns initially but, trusted the service people greatly. Ryan advised us it was possible to cancel the extended warranty for a refund as it did not cover the needed repairs.--again, not a purchase made at Feldmanns (mistake!). Ryan was very accommodating while sorting out the details of the situation. His communication was frequent and relevant. Ultimately, we decided to get out of the vehicle because of the known maintenance issues. Boris Perelman identified a newer vehicle with very low miles and worked to make the pieces fit in a truly feasible way. He is very knowledgeable and professional, all the while showing a warmness not always present in typical sales relationships! He safely yet effectively coached me through a demonstration of the vehicle's (ML350) handling capabilities. Jerry in finance was thorough and detailed. He took the conversation straight to the point with the bank to identify the maximum financing amounts and ratios. This allowed us to roll negative equity and still maintain a managable monthly payment. The paperwork was explained in a meaningful and efficient way. The signing process was simple and enjoyable. Finally, the detail technicians made the vehicle look new, off the showroom floor! It absolutely sparkled inside and out. This, by far, has been my best car buying experience. Feldmann Imports has more than earned my repeated business! Thank you to all the Feldmann staff and to Joe for your "tone at the top" it shows in every employee!
The purchase itself was executed in the form of a used financed vehicle. Warming: my experience was that they will try to get you to sign the title on... a trade-in vehicle and sign further documents without being clear about the interest rate or final numbers. The sales associate also assumed (or was pretty pushy; I thought it was rude) on multiple occasions I intended to finalize a purchase. They also do not elaborate on any aspects of the vehicle and didn't show me a CarFax- fortunately I had looked at one before and did my research on the vehicle and have the ability to self-inspect failure modes on the car. They also did not provide a 2nd key. The only reason I went here was because they had a specific used vehicle I've been searching for. Not a very welcome environment and just got the overall sense they are out for $ at seemingly all costs. Everyone I delt with was clearly, big surprise: a salesman! Was the interest rate negotiable? How come it went from terrible, to slightly better, to slightly better without good explanation? Why did inhale to push so hard to get the interest rate I did? Why so adamant on selling warrantees? If you say "these are popular options and most people do this", show me the data- I can't take a salesman's word for these things especially after a sale is being pushed. Besides that, I'm happy with the vehicle so far. I probably wouldn't return to this dealership. Unfortunately most luxury car dealerships are like this- makes the buying experience un-fun.
Recently bought a 2011 BMW at Feldmann. Was only given ONE key for vehicle. I thought the other key had been placed in the car but when I got home 65... miles away ---no second key. Emailed the next day and was told it only had One key. What kind of answer is that? No offer to send me another key!!! Have since contacted the business manager and my sales person. Two days and no response to my email!!! Not happy. Still waiting for a call.
From the second I submitted an info inquiry online, to the moment I left in a new vehicle, I received nothing but the upmost pleasant, professional, courteous,... thorough & dedicated service and correspondence. By Far the best car buying experience to date. All of the staff from service to reception are highly knowledgable and easy to talk to. The Showroom itself is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and spacious with a very comfortable, professional and inviting customer lounge. The sales member I worked with went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and informed throughout the entire process and made the entire experience FUN! All of the little niceties add up to an over the top, wonderful car buying experience.
