TAB Auto Brokers

My experience with TAB Auto Brokers was nothing but positive. Todd and his father Frank really went out of their way to make the purchase process as comfortable as possible given my inability to go through such an important transaction in person. From first contact forward Todd was able to promptly, happily and honestly answer all my questions about the car. I was sold on his word when his vehicle description (and condition) was verified true by an independent 3rd party pre-purchase inspection I had executed by Laurel BMW in Chicago. Todd picked me from the air-port on-time and introduced me to his father Frank and their colleague Casey at their facility. The location was clean and filled with many gorgeous cars. The car I had seen online looked exactly as I expected. The test drive with Casey was great. He was very pleasant and patient and he helped me quickly get acclimated to the vehicle operation as well as answer questions about some of the key features I was very interested in. What he could not answer he was honest about and referred me to Todd vs. going into alesmanmode. After the test drive Todd and his father were very easy to deal with answering additional questions and accommodating more than one last minute on-site request vs. seeming put off or irritated (remember I flew out so they could have used their pper hand. Todd and Frank had me off and headed back to Minnesota grinning ear to ear in my beautiful BMW 535xi in no time. I learned this is a true family operation run by those who put family first. I completely trust the Tabachka and will reach out to them first for any additional purchases. I definitely recommend them to anyone searching for the best deal and purchase experience on a high quality, high end used vehicle. It too bad more organizations are not run the way the folks at TAB do things.

I purchased a used Audi A4 last year from TAB and still couldn't be happier with my purchase. I found the car on cars.com and it was exactly as described when I showed up. I like that this is a small location with just a few cars without 500 salespeople. I was able to drive the car I wanted compare it to others in similar class and price and make am easy low pressure decision. If you are looking for a good low mileage luxury car or SUV this is the place. I would absolutely buy from them again and will once wife needs a newer car. David

I have purchased multiple vechiles form TAB. I can truly say I have never been treated in a more professional manner. Frank and Todd purchase the pick of litter in pre driven vechiles. They are exceptional at advising customers as to the proper vechiles for their needs. I have recommend them to family and friends.They have never disappointed me Pat

Professional service at all levels. I bought a used Honda Odyssey with 22k miles. Very happy with the price. It runs great and I plan to buy used again as these guys give me a true picture of the quality used car market without having to pay dealer premium prices. They had all the paperwork ready to go and I was out of there quickly with my new used car.

Viewed car on webpage not the same as car presented at the dealership. When the. Issue was brought up. They denied it and had very poor attitude about the car that had body work on it.
