The actual service was OK.

The actual service was OK. They told me it’s gonna be one hour. I was there for 2 1/2 hours when I went to check on the status my keys was there. The car was ready like an hour ago the person who checked me in he forgot to check me out then they tried to find him so he can check me out. They could not find him for like 30 minutes then a manager Kim and man will be check me out so I can leave. It was horrible experience for the waiting and communication. They text me when I arrived, but they never text me to say your car is ready. It was a horrible communication long wait for no reason but the actual Work get in my car was good.

We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles

We were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 new vehicles in 2023 from Luther Brookdale Toyota and love the vehicles. We did want a hybrid then but did not get one as we thought we'd have to plug it in. Since talking to someone who had bought a hybrid twin of our gas powered RAV 4, we dicovered that was not the case. We came back to Luther Brookdale Toyota this year to trade the gas only RAV 4 we loved for a new hybrid RAV 4. The staff from sales, finance, accessories, service to customer service both then and now are absolutely awesome. Shout out to Jeff Gammack and Abdi Ibrahim for amazing assistance, thorough knowledge of the vehicle and service plans, etc. You gentlemen are awesome.

Fantastic “top notch” dealership!

Fantastic “top notch” dealership! Friendly staff! Most of my purchase was done via email & text. Tom Hunter and the staff was super fast to respond with accurate and honest information. Great experience all around! The purchase price was beyond fair and I was super happy with my trade in value. This dealership also has a pretty sweet facility! Very nice and clean with top notch amenities!

30+ yr customer.

30+ yr customer. He was condescending, should watch his tone of voice. Went here for appt he arranged for help w features new vehicle. No one knew I was coming. Returned next day, same thing. Customer service stinks. Only helpful person Duane in service

Tim was great to work with.

Tim was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He kept me updated on the status of the car I was purchasing from when it was being built to shipping to arrival. The paper work on the day of purchase went smoothly and he took a lot of time going over all the features in the car which was very helpful since my previous car was a 2011 and had none of the safety features that cars have today. Purchasing a car from Tim was a very positive experience!
