My car was serviced quickly and the staff was very friendly! I will continue to have my oil changed and my car serviced at Luther Toyota.

From check in to check out the people at Luther Brookdale Toyota did a great job of taking care of me and my vehicle. At check in Jeremy wrote up my work order and kept me informed as my vehicle was being diagnosed. The work on my vehicle was performed in a very timely manner and the woman at the check out counter went out of her way to get me through the process quickly. In all a great experience!

Tim talked to me over the phone and explained some options, then walked me through the process. It was easy and straightforward, and I would definitely to "go see Tim O".

The sales manager (Paula) is so pleasant to work with and very efficient in making sure the vehicle is ready to go at the time promised. Our salesperson, Lee, was very friendly, professional and competent in explaining and demonstrating all the electronics and new safety features. I sent several text messages to both Lee and Paula. They responded almost immediately. This is how car shopping should be!

The service was prompt, friendly and professional. The waiting room is equipped with entertainment, snacks, and computer terminals for easy access. Financial services were efficient.

Really like your building. People are professional and friendly. Sorry can’t remember employee names. Liked the cookies, water and coffee. Nice new cars on display.

I really really really enjoy getting my car serviced here. The staff is really really really amazing. They all seem to really really enjoy their jobs. Love this dealership.
