Luther Brookdale Toyota

Ever since I bought my Prius at Luther Brookdale Toyota, I never brought my car to anywhere else for servicing but here, even after they moved to a bigger and nicer place. I always trust the service advisors at Luther Brookdale Toyota. They always give sound advice and they listen and they take good care of me and my Prius. Duane is my service advisor and he is friendly and knowledgeable. He makes my visit a breeze.

Diana was a very friendly and efficient person to work with. She was very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we need in our price range.

I liked that Jeremy replaced my key fob battery and didn't upcharge me and was able to accommodate the coupon from your sister dealership in Golden Valley. Also, this time when I got to the dealership, my car was already through the wash and ready for me to leave.

Excellent service. We would appreciate some coupons for oil change etc. Prices went up gradually and it is hard to afford profesional services at Toyota this days. We own few Toyotas and when coupon was sent (a while ago) it was only one.

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I left I noticed the tires were making a bumpy noise before I hit the freeway. Halfway home my passenger side front tire goes flat! I nurse it to a gas station and pump the tire up. Go home and flip on the spare. Call the dealership and say Hey can you guys help me out on this? I roll it back to the dealership and Jeremy took care of it for me. Gave me a new tire, no charge!! Triple AAA+ customer service! Made my day!
