Luther Brookdale Toyota

I called for an appointment and was able to get in less than 24 hours of my call. I was told that it would take 2 hours and only took an hour and a half. Cost was lowest quoted less than two other businesses that I got quotes from. Free car was is always nice too.

Over this long period of time I've had a lot of maintenance and repair work done, so I speak from much experience. In a nutshell: this is a service department where honesty is a given; the work is competently done; and it is done in a friendly way. I've known two people who have been there for what seems forever, Duane Green and Steve Miller. I've also had a lot of experience in corporate life, and when you see people staying with an organization this long, it usually means that things are being done right.

I felt that Mark listened to my needs and worked to find me a vehicle that fit perfectly with my requests. He was efficient and thorough. I drove off the lot in a beautiful new vehicle that I loved.

I had previously gone to a different dealership the day before for a vehicle that was almost identical and was turned away due to some credit difficulties. I went back home to do some more window shopping online and found the same make and model at Luther Brookdale Toyota with 40,000 less miles for the same price. I emailed them with some interest on it but I was super skeptical because I had just gotten denied from another dealership. We made an appointment to have me go in and and just talk about some things. I honestly didn't want to go because why would I waste my time just to be told I can't do it? I got off work and decided that it wouldn't hurt to see what I need to work on to be able to purchase a vehicle. Told them about my previous experience and Edvin told me he would take care of me and answer any questions that I had. We talked for a bit, did some paperwork, did a test drive, got my trade in value for my old car, and all I had to do was just wait and see. About 15 minutes later, Edvin comes back out and the first thing he says is... You can walk out today with this car if you can meet these requirements. There was absolutely no way I was going to meet those requirements but I was able to put in a little bit more. Edvin heads back and 5 minutes later, he walks out to me and it was a done deal. Thirty minutes later, I traded my old car in and drove out of the parking lot with my new car. I was ecstatic! Edvin really took care of me like he said when I walked through the door. I will definitely be letting people know that if they want to do business with someone, to check Luther Brookdale Toyota out! Thank you for betting on me. I wont let you down! P.S. I know I rushed myself into this vehicle and really enjoyed it after the test run but noticed that the car has a lot of scratches. Some small and some deep all over the car. Just out of curiosity, is there anything that can be done without charge?

My experience with this dealership was fantastic. I put a deposit on a car that had yet to arrive in the states. The communication and updates during the wait gave me a good sense of things and helped me plan ahead. The day the car arrived I got excellent service, and every person I worked with was helpful, respectful and informative. The car itself is awesome. The whole experience has been super positive. This was the second time I came to Luther Brookdale Toyota for my car lease. The people are always friendly and the process is pain free.

I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done. I also had a remote start added to my 4Runner. Everything went smooth. Everyone I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable. Great experience.

After having a very disappointing experience at another dealership where I felt unheard and not valued, I was amazed at the quality of service that James provided to us. James is warm and utterly professional. He made the all experience smooth and personable. He is very knowledgeable and efficient but also relatable and has a contagious good mood ! The service was performed on the exact time of the appointment. The service adviser was polite, caring ,showed me to the lounge, told me how long the service would take. Explained that everything looked good and what they had inspected. The service was performed in less time than what I expected. Also, it is nice to walk out to a clean car!
