Luther Brookdale Toyota

I will probably always come back to one of the Luther Brookdale dealerships for my car needs, indefinitely. They really do take the time to sit down and work with you to find a vehicle and payment options that make sense. You never feel pressured and you never feel like "just another dollar sign". Prior to purchasing my current vehicle that I have through Luther Brookdale Toyota, I shopped around to 4 other dealerships and they were all awful experiences. When I came to Luther Brookdale (which is where I had purchased my prior car), I kicked myself for not just coming there first. I won't make that mistake again. Diana Gumeniuc was new to the sales team at the time but you never would have known as she was so friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend her. Plus, they have an awesome servicing program for people that lease their vehicles. You don't pay a dime and they check your fluids, rotate your tires, check the air filters, and give you a free carwash at the end of it (which is a huge win after this long winter).

The processes usually takes long to get a car but our process was fast and easy. We listed our desired car and we got just what we asked for!

Positive experience! I reviewed the Camry's on-line prior to going to Luther. I thought I knew exactly which car and model I wanted. Edvin, our salesman, located the car I picked out on line, which I thought I wanted, but that wasn't the case. He showed me the different models and I was able to find the right one for me!

This is my second purchase from Brookdale and from Linch. At the end of the day, their flexibility on prices is what sold me. Overall, positive experience from all aspects of customer service.

My husband and I came into Luther Toyota looking for a vehicle that would be a great fit for our family. We worked with Diana and Yuri and we’re very pleased with our experience. They were very professional and straight forward with the process. They answered all our questions and were patient with us. In the end of the day we drove of with a vehicle we wanted. I purchased a used (2015) CERTIFIED vehicle on January 21st, 2019 as well as the extended warranty. On February 25th, 2019- just over one month from purchase, my car stopped starting on its own...requiring it to be jump started each time. My Rav4 has NOT started on it's own the past 4 times I've tried to drive it. Yesterday, February 26th, I took the vehicle to an auto store and they diagnosed the battery as being old and no longer holding enough of a charge to start the car. I contacted Luther last night via phone and spoke with multiple people, including the salesman, all of whom told me there is nothing they can do for me. A battery is one of the cheapest things they can replace for a vehicle, but obviously customer service and satisfaction after the purchase of a CERTIFIED vehicle is not a priority of Luther Brookdale Toyota. I was obviously given the original car battery, as this car is 4 years old.
