This is my second lease from Luther Brookdale Toyota where their commitment to customer service is a defining trademark. Working with my sales representative again made my decision to lease another vehicle easy; his knowledge and willingness to work with me to get to a price point I was comfortable with made this another easy decision.

Fun car buying experience

We bought a 2018 Camry for my wife. Diana and all of the dealership staff were friendly and very helpful in selecting the perfect car for us. Diana was knowledgeable, and took time to listen to what my wife wanted. And Diana took as much time as we needed to learn about all the special features and how to use them. It was a great buying experience.

Fast and friendly people!

The managers and employees were the best! Put my first on everything from car selection to financing! The salesman there did an awesome job as well! Everything went fast and they were not pushy at all! Stress free buying process from David Thor he was awesome! I wouldn’t think twice about getting my next car from them!

Extremely Satisfied

During my visit, Linch Her was a very helpful, patient, and easy going worker. He was very open and did his very best to assure that we were satisfied. Everyone was very friendly and took their time to make us feel comfortable. Very nice group of workers!

Tacoma sold by bill quaday

Bill did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and polite thru the whole process. I wasn’t really sure about buying but thanks to bill the process made me feel very comfortable.

This dealer is the best dealer out there!

Ok now this is what I call a True dealer. I used to be skeptical of big car dealerships but this experience changed my whole perception. I went to 3 different dealers in the twin cities and all of them weren’t as professional nor helped me get the best deal/rates. I gave up and gave it one last shot and looked in to inquiring about cars online at Luther Brookdale Toyota. Laura in Sales Management offered me an online quote for the approximate Trade in Value of my car and asked me to look at some cars and get an idea what I love on their website. Emily called me from the Internet & Development team and set up an appointment for me to come in and check out some cars and go through the process. I came into the dealership, Emily and all Toyota staff greeted me and were all very nice and amazing. Emily set me up with Edvin who then took over and showed me cars, test drives, chatted and got along so well. Edvin was not just a Salesman, he actually knew about the cars, the history, the quality and the best customer services I ever seen. Finally, Edvin and I found the car I wanted and he set me up with Finance Manager Amanda, who was amazing and the best as well. Amanda took care of the rest of the process, went over rates, the deal I got, the payments and all. Amanda answer questions and made my buying experience very smooth. From start to finish, my experience was amazing with the help of Emily in Internet Dept., Laura in Sales Management, Edvin in Sales, and Amanda & Sarah in Finance Management. I have never had such a great experience at a big dealer. This dealer went above and beyond for me to get me in a new reliable nice car with the best competitive rates. Thank you Luther Brookdale Toyota, keep up the good work! Again I can’t thank you all enough Guys!

the perfect storm

Went to test drive a used Camry, sales men asked if I had considered buying new so I drove a new one but I thought it would be too much money and I was under water on my trade in by 1500.00 in comes abdi and we started to haggle I drove the new Camry home because brookdale Toyota made it happen giving me more than I owed on my trade in and took nearly 4000 off msrp on my new Camry se, love the car,I’m glad I stoped in.

Love my new Rav4

I bought a new Rav4. This dealer was the best at being responsive. Also worked with Diana. I would recommend working with her. She was willing to negotiate and in the end, I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I wanted. She did a great job listening to what was important versus pushing me into what I didn't want (which happens in sales often). Bob in finance also was great to work with. Both made the car buying experience easy and efficient.
