Brittany Thompson with Luther Brookdale Toyota-Scion took an immediate and sincere interest in our pursuit of a perfect vehicle. She listened as we explained our situation with our current VW Diesel Passat and discussed alternative replacements. We talked about the trade offs between gas versus hybrids as well as 2016 versus 2017 model years. She responded to our calls and questions in a most timely manner. She even returned one of our calls on her day off. After we purchased our 2016 Avalon hybrid, she went over the cars numerous features with us for probably close to an hour. Lynn Floyd was great in explaining the RAV4 that I leased. He helped me understand the lease program in detail and in understandable terms. He was not pushy and when I kept asking questions he answered them clearly. I enjoyed dealing with him. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about a new or used car. I bought my 2003 Hylander from this dealership and have had it serviced here in the 13 years I owned it. I can truly say that I have never had a problem with the staff here. I was shopping for an suv after mine was totaled by another driver and I visited 5 different dealership. Being a female shopping for a new car can be intimidation and I felt very much talked over and not listened to at the Other dealerships. Right away when I stopped by Toyota Bobby listened and made a list of features I wanted and my budget. He only showed me cars I was interested in. Was straightforward and friendly. He didn't pressure and was happy to answer all my questions. The sales experience really helped tip the scales for me in going with the RAV4 over similar SUVs. In addition Bobby worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted while sticking to my budget. In the end I bought exactly what I wanted and didn't go over budget.
