Same great service

I came in for my regular service and everything went great.! I came in for an oil change and Maintenance One. Found a couple other items that needed attention. No pressure and gave me the option to have it done now or re-schedule another time. I waited and looked at the new vehicles.

CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 YEARS

I bought my first Toyota Corolla in 1983, yesterday (August 2014) I purchased my third Corolla. During those many years I also bought three Tacoma's including a Prerunner. I have had all vehicles serviced exclusively at Toyota City, now Luther Brookdale Toyota for one primary reason, TRUST! I have always received great customer service, great vehicle service and fair pricing, I have many stories of trust over the years, but the very first involved my very first Corolla. Having exceeded 100,000 miles and a proud member of the "100,000 mile club" I expected extensive work might be needed under the hood such as new hoses, belts spark plug wires, etc. and gave the go ahead to replace all that needed replacing. The staff at Toyota City could have replaced every item on my list without question, instead I received a phone call talking me out of replacing several items because they were in good condition. Apparently I wasn't familiar with the high quality of Genuine Toyota Parts. Until that moment I had never had a service department talk me out of performing work of any kind. I have trusted their judgement ever since. Thanks to the current Service Manager, Steve Miller and Service Advisor, Duane Green and their great staff, the cashiers and parts technicians, who also share their great work ethic, I will always be a loyal customer and have my service done at Luther Brookdale Toyota.

Crappy service

Even though I set expectations extremely low when dealing with car dealers over all, I was very disappointed with Luther Toyota after purchasing a used vehicle and buying all the aftermarket sales gimmicks they try to sell with the car. I paid extra to have any paint chips and marks repaired, rust coatings, 3M films, and of course they managed to not fill any of the paint chips, but instead applied expensive 3M film on top of the chipped metal which looks terrible. You could expect that kind of stupidity from a Soviet tractor manufacturer where nobody cares, but from a Toyota dealer, its just shoddy work and lazy techs that also clearly don't care. They sure are good at charging for these services, just not as good as actually doing them. Better not take any car there again. They would probably screw up an oil change as well I expect.

10 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE FOR MY 2004 RAV4

In July 2004, I purchased my Rav4 from Toyota City, now called Luther Brookdale Toyota. I have serviced my car there exclusively over that time period. Everyone that has serviced my Rav4 has done an exceptional job. Duane Green is the Service Advisor that I have primarily dealt with & he really knows my car well. He is quite knowledgeable about Toyotas. Everyone that I have talked to & met over the years from receptionists, cashiers, service advisors to car sales people have been respectful & friendly. The Service Manager, Steve Miller, is quite knowledgeable & friendly too. I will continue to buy my cars and have them serviced at Luther Brookdale Toyota as long as I live in the Midwest.

tire blowout - happy ending

My right front tire blew out and shredded on the way home, late on a Friday evening - pretty scary event. I wasn't sure if I had damage to the rim, the right front brake and a couple of other things, The next morning, I called Luther Brookdale Toyota, and even though the service department was shorthanded that day, they assured me that they could take care of my car right away, and, if necessary, put me in a loaner/rental. Duane Green answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly, and his team took care of my car in less than 2 hours, including an alignment. I knew I needed two tires, but Duane found a rebate for me, offered me an additional deal, and put four new tires on my car for only a few bucks more than the cost of two. It's great to have a mechanic whom I trust. Duane, Steve and Jeremy have been taking care of my cars for over twenty years - when one of them tells me that my car is OK, I know that it really is OK. End of worries.

knowledgeable and patient

Getting a new car after an accident is a sudden experience. Everyone at Luther Toyota was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. They helped me find the right car!

Diagnostic fee ridiculous!

Poor pricing to be charged $100 for a diagnostic and then notified my battery needs to be replaced $3200. I already new the codes yet I was told over the phone Toyota has to do their own testing for $100.00. Poor outcome for a quick diagnostic fee.

Love My Venza

Best people very friendly. I love the no waiting service and prices, sales person very nice and love the refreshments. Enjoy the lounge area as well!

40,000 mile Prius check-up

As usual, service was prompt and excellent. I have never had such good service at a car dealership. Every time I bring the Prius in I have this good experience and get back a car that has been washed.

Quick oil change

Went in on my lunch hour for an oil change on my new Seinna. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Also got appt for next week set up to get the windows treated and undercoating done. I was given the option to sit around for 2.5 hours and wait, or they would give me a rental car. i am taking the option of getting a rental car to use while they work on my van. Great friend, fast service. Good job.
