Paul B. and Anthony M. were a great team and worked seamlessly to help us find the right car and navigate the process. Paul went out of his way to explain details, answer all questions and make the process as convenient as possible. Overall, we had a good impression of this dealership and would recommend it. Great communication - it was easy to reach Paul via email, phone, or text. When there was a delay in bringing a vehicle from another location to test drive, the manager came over to personally apologize. We liked that we weren't sent to a different building just because we were looking for a used car. Thanks! (Random side note: I wish dealers didn't automatically enroll you in service appointments 6 mos. out that you have to cancel. This dealership did that, as did another dealer when we bought another vehicle recently- both were far from our home, so we had no intention of getting regular service there. It was confusing, annoying, and time consuming to have to figure out why I was getting the service reminder for something I hadn't scheduled, and then cancel it.)

The team members there actually work as a team. We received a very fair offer on our trade in, as we purchased a three year old used Forester. There was no feeling of pressure as we decided to add rust-proofing and shield-guard. Rather we found across the board was a team of knowledgeable and flexible professionals listening to and helping us.

Bought two cars from Morries in 2020 and paid $89 each
Bought two cars from Morries in 2020 and paid $89 each for their "Buy Happy" program, promising free car washes for life, as long as we owned the vehicles. What a sham. Five years later, they’ve completely ditched the program with zero warning. Apparently “Lifetime” is 5 years for them. The automated wash closed a while back, forcing us to go to the dealership, which was annoying but doable. Then, two weeks ago, I show up for a wash, and they casually tell me the program’s done. No warning, no heads up. Like “Hey loyal Buy Happy customer, we are going to phase out this program in a few months, please let us know how we can make this right for you.” No explanation, no apology—just a big middle finger to loyal customers. The sales manager, Tim Kruse, was beyond useless. He brushed me off, claiming he was "too busy" to deal with it, mumbled something about “researching” the issue, and promised to call me the next day. I watched him write down my number, but surprise, surprise—two weeks later, not a peep. Clearly, Morries doesn’t care about return customers. The car wash was “broken” half the time anyway, like they were phasing it out on purpose. Attached is a photo of the Buy Happy sticker on my car (my wife’s has one too), proof of the promise they didn’t keep. Save your money and avoid this place—they’ll take your cash and leave you high and dry. I know it’s only $89, but it’s the principle of the matter. Never buying from Morries again, and I’ll make sure everyone knows why.

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration of us ending one of the benefits of our old Buy Happy program. The car wash was one of a few benefits of the Buy Happy program, and it simply became environmentally unfriendly along with other issues that have risen with the car wash benefit, such as the one you mentioned in your comments with the car wash needing repairs often. I can assure you other benefits, such as our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for new car purchases, continue on and is part of our Morries Promise, which replaced Buy Happy Program in 2020.
