So far, my experience of Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru

So far, my experience of Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru has been incredibly negative. I purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester online, discussed it at length over the phone with the salesperson (Dennis), and went through all of the financing telephonically. I didn't get a video of the interior / exterior of the car until the night before it was being delivered, and when I reviewed it I noticed the lid of the center console was dented and ripped up. None of this was disclosed to me in advance. I reached out to ask about it, and the dealer promised to replace it with a new lid. When the car arrived to me, I quickly realized that there was A LOT of interior damage, none of which had been disclosed or addressed by the dealer--including dents and paint scratches on the inside of both rear doors. I've since had it inspected by my local dealer, and it needs two new dash vents; new arch molding; an entirely new center console; and new weather seal on both rear doors--likely ~$800 in parts and labor. It also didn't include a manual. I have had some response from one of the sales managers and hope that I can update this review with news that they dealt with this in a timely and satisfying way. For now, I'm not holding my breath.

I had a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted. On time and directed to a salesperson who was well prepared to inform me of the highlights of the car and then took me out to show me the car and had me drive it and explained the safety assets and all. Returned to the dealership where we determined final choices and from there I was directed to the financial office where all was explained and signed and following that I was thanked by the General Manager who asked if I had all the information I needed and I said I did. Welcomed me to call with any questions and said he would see me when I returned to pay and pick up the car. A very pleasant experience!!!

I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership.

I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership. I have been bringing the car in for regular oil change. Now they claim there's sludge in the engine. They want over $2000 to fix it. I had my own mechanic look at it. He said the dealership wanted to do excessive work. This dealership is dishonest. I don't recommend it.

I bought my first Subaru at Morrie’s 11 yrs ago. Worked with Bruce Bowman-/returned this year to add a 2d Subaru & asked for Bruce. Great help! I also use Morrie’s Subaru for all auto service. Reasonable prices & good work!

A good time was had by me.

Good experience. Michael was great - went over and above to make sure vehicle was as good as can be. Car was as advertised. Clean and runs well. Great coffee. Fine, friendly dealership. Love our "New" car.
