Nearly Keyless only 1 key fob given for $28k car
Still super disappointed in my purchase around the fact that I paid $28K for a Subaru and was told that it only came with one Key and I would need to purchase an additional key. I didn't even question the purchase price during the purchasing of the Outback. It certainly doesn't reflect well on Morrie's customer service. FYI: I wasn't even offered a key from your dealership for purchase!

New Car sales
Went to purchase a new vehicle, the only one they had was a demo paint protector and windshield protector, we decided to go ahead and pay for it and left it there for 2 days to get it done, went to pick it up and the paint protector was not applied properly, general manager basically stated that oh well everyone makes mistakes, left it there for 3 more days and was contacted to pick up our new car, when we got there the service guy pointed out the window saying that’s yours full of ice and snow, after complaining to the gm Patrick he had several people start cleaning it up, I ask him if the paint is right, I asked him if he checked it, he said he ran his hand around it, I guess he figured he was drying it of, nobody inspected the work and it was the same as I left it. I told Ryan to keep it and let us know when it’s fixed he refused to keep it, Patrick wrote a note on a business card saying he would check on it. He should have come out immediately and addressed the problem but he didn’t. This dealership walks around with a pocket full of excuses. At least a dozen employees walking around and No one could deliver a vehicle properly, I do not trust this dealership and if you look at the other reviews no one does. I am currently seeking third party representatives to find out my recource action for my time and anguish we have had to go through. Buyer Beware
