My sales person was great.

My sales person was great. The financial person was accommodating and funny. The general manager was very understanding and very nice. Unfortunately, we had a bad part in our new truck and it is taking a while to get that new part in. I don’t believe this has much to do with the dealership Just General motors. The service department was good at securing a vehicle for us in the interim.

great place for service, great coffee, friendly staff, location is easily found. Lounge is clean. prices on repairs are good. I like that they keep you updated through the process for the repair service.

Marty was great!

Marty was great! Low pressure, easy to work with, went back to get me a better (and fair) trade in amount. And my new used truck-Beautiful and at a great price!! Thx again Marty and to the others there that made the process smooth and easy!

The sale went okay but found out a few weeks later it

The sale went okay but found out a few weeks later it needed a major repair. The service department did a good job in fixing it but it was very expensive. Shannon in the service department did a great job in reducing the price and the stress of it..

Dealership was easy to work with.

Dealership was easy to work with. They shopped financing and rates to get us the payment we wanted. Cody spent time with us familiarizing us with the trucks features. Great experience.

This was by far the best car buying experience!

This was by far the best car buying experience! Purchasing vehicles online can sometimes be a disaster. and has been something I’ve always dreaded…until now........ The Staff at McCarthy Auto World completely changed the game for me. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. The communication from the beginning with Marty Thompson the sales associate and Bob Splittstoesser the GM and Josh Solle Finance Manager and his assistant Kelvin was excellent. I always knew what to expect and when. The delivery driver was incredibly kind and friendly, making the final step of the process feel personal and exciting .from the initial pickup in MN to Naples Florida Should you view a vehicle that McCarthy Auto World has listed and you live out of state rest assured that exemplary service and integrity is their hallmark. I highly recommend McCarthy Auto World to anyone looking for a hassle-free, modern car buying experience! both online and in person

Great people to work with.

Great people to work with. Willing to negotiate a bit on price and trade-in value. I shopped a bit and McCarthy provided a very competitive offer. Friendly and quick on the closing.

I purchased my vehicle in February.

I purchased my vehicle in February. Mark was a wonderful sales person. He was personable, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. He was thorough and provided all the information I needed to purchase my Terrain. I love it!
