I purchased my vehicle in February. Mark was a wonderful sales person. He was personable, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. He was thorough and provided all the information I needed to purchase my Terrain. I love it!

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The management is dishonest and doesn’t care about customers. They were unprofessional, misleading, and made the entire process frustrating. This place might’ve been good years ago, but now it’s just a mess. I wouldn’t recommend buying here to anyone.

I have never been in a situation where because I am an
I have never been in a situation where because I am an immigrant green card holder and I applied for a loan, they needed my passport, visa, and I94 form (what the heck)! That’s more than I needed to buy a house! Very frustrating! I feel like I am being treated differently!

Everyone was very easy to work with. I did not feel pressured to buy. The dealership was clean. Everyone was very organized. Marty Thompson was my Facebook contact person and he had the car I was interested in ready for me to view and test drive. He was very knowledgeable in the cars features and did a good job showing me and explaining things to me. It helped me make my decision to buy. A negative was how long the entire process took. Perhaps potential trade ins could be inspected while you are test driving or doing other paperwork. Also, IMO the salespeople should not have to use their own money to buy customer a can of soda.
