The best experience I could have asked for at a dealership. The staff is very friendly and does not pressure you to do anything. The manager's are knowledgeable and helped me with a purchase on a 2016 BMW I3, with only 4k miles! Please take the time to visit this dealership, the facility is incredible and have plenty of inventory to choose out of. On top of that, the most important part, there are no dealer fees! Let's be serious, we all know that dealership has some type of DOC fee associated with their sale. BMVW does not have any of these. What you see on the website is what you are paying plus any tax and tag and title fees. Absolutely a dream experience!

The place was clean. The price was great! Customer service sucked. The manager I believe was very stoic!! The car was not processed properly. I thought a car cash; and the car was given to me with an empty tank. Half way off the lot, we realized that they didn't remove the sticker from the window.

I had a great car buying experience at BMVW. The selection of electric cars is unparalleled with any other dealership. We were allowed to take the car home for a try out over the weekend, which was very comforting. The price stated never moved. We are happy with our Kia Soul EV+ that still has 2 years of factory warranty left.

I visited BMVW today to find a car for my wife. I bought 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid a year ago at BMVW. Plug-in Hybrid Prius is a very rare car. Mr. Toosi, General Manager of BMVW, showed me the one they have and let me test drive it. He also gave me a tour of his shop. He is extremely passionate about EVs, Plug-in Hybrid and Hybrid cars. He see the future of automotive industry in battery operated vehicles. He visited China and imported charger cables since they are less expensive there. I bought one from him for my Prius. He is an engineer graduated Georgia Tech. We talked about Li ion battery technologies to find him very knowledgeable about battery technologies. His show room is filled by cars like Tesla, Nissan Leaf, BMW i3, Toyota Prius, Chevy Volt etc. It was really fun to see and touch these cars at one place. I felt very confortable buying the Plug-In Prius after learning about his business. I got a good deal on that Prius and happily bought the car. I strongly recommend BMVW if you are looking for EVs, Hybrids, Plug-in Hybrid cars. Of course you can find good deals for gas engine cars, too. Their staffs are all very friendly and helpful. No pressure sales and easy to do test drive. By the way, my Prius has been a good boy for one year. It has been running strong, saving my money and saving environment every day without trouble. Came out of Kentucky to purchase a 2015 Nissan Leaf. Car was just as advertised. We love it. Thinking of purchasing another Leaf will certainly call him first.
