Bad customer service and damaged car
Bad condition I purchased a car from them and I got that shipped to Greensboro North Carolina when I received it car suspension was bad I called them to get this resolved they didn’t even want to talk to me they said that when they send it it was in a good condition and the sales person Mike said he checked it on the cameras I don’t know how would you be able to find out if the suspension bed from the cameras I paid $980 from my pocket to fixed it I try to call them back to at least get someThey didn’t answer my phones and I think they have the worst Customer service ever I don’t know how they trained employees at least they could say something that will make sense I would never suggest this car dealer to anybody don’t even walk by

I purchased a car Mercedes 450 when I received it suspension was bad I called them they didn’t want to help and they said it’s all your responsibility I don’t know how we can be my responsibility when I buy the car online and it’s being shipped to me damaged I called the company to find a solution they hang up my phone and I guess they They blocked my phone they didn’t answer I had to take it to the repair shop and I paid $980 from my pocket without even driving it a mile sales person Mike told me he checked it from the cameras the car was looking OK how can you find out if the suspension bed from the camera so they are not responsive they don’t take any responsibility and they would easily send you a damage car without checking it don’t even think To buy a car from them the worst Customer service ever I would not suggest to anybody their cars and their service

Lists cars with false mileage
Listed a car as 1 mile driven when the odometer in the photo shows 131,000 miles on it. If this is the first impression, I wouldn't trust them

Good People With Good Intentions! Neighborhood Auto Dealer You Can Trust! Low Broker Fee's! They are in the business of selling cars not haggling over price! Already bought two vehicles both still run like a clock, The first vehicle I purchased for my aunt was a Toyota Sienna, I spent 5 days searching throughout the Atlanta Metro. I test drove many Sienna's but none being worth purchasing. After asking around I was told by a friend to try BMVW of Union City. Based on his recommendations BMVW sold quality used cars at a reasonable price. Also, the most important point was that; THEY DON"T SELL JUNK! After inquiring about my desired vehicle inside the office, I was showed a 2007 Sienna. The office personnel are pleasantly friendly and extremely accommodating. Upon entering the vehicle I could not believe the condition of the leather interior, extremely clean. Same with the engine compartment, no signs of wear and tear. I immediately telephoned my aunt whom I was searching for a vehicle for her to purchase, I told her that she needed to come now and test drive this vehicle and she did. After the test drive we went inside to ask about the price, when told that the asking was $7000 it was difficult for me to keep a straight face, very low for a vehicle in this condition and low miles. Needless to say my aunt purchased the Sienna. The second vehicle I purchased was a 2002 Sequoia. This vehicle was in such great shape that I never made it out of the parking lot! Once I started it and heard / felt the engine I simply turned around and parked, went inside to ask about the price. There was no need to test drive this vehicle further then the lot, I knew it was sound. That was 3 years ago. I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2015 from this dealership two years ago, have used this car to do doordash and Uber, I've put more than 140,000 miles on the car, and plan to keep it for another two years, and getting around 40 miles/Gallon. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am back again to purchase my third vehicle from this...
I am back again to purchase my third vehicle from this outstanding dealership. The fees are low to none my mom is very happy with here 2004 Toyota Highlander after 10yr. Her car is still looking and running like new. When purchasing a used vehicle this is the first dealership I that I think about before looking somewhere else. Anthony

2010 FORD FLEX LIMITED
I purchased a 2010 Ford Flex Limited. The overall experience was average at best. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the salesmans name. Regardless he was working hard with multiple potential customers. So i won't say anything bad about that. The only issue i have is eight days later from buying a 9k dollar vehicle i just had to invest $1750 into the front end. Replacing both lower control arm bushings, New front rotors and brakes all the way around. And another linkage rod by the brakes. Can't remember what they called it. I know you buy a used vehicle with the expectation of some issues. I don't expect to have to do it within two weeks from buying it. It also needs struts and shocks which that was what i originally went to have done. But with the control arm bushings as bad as they were and the brakes just as bad. Well that's what i had fixed first. Once all said and done it will cost another 1500 to 2k to have complete comfort using this vehicle for work as i had intended to do. I think they should do a better inspection on the inventory. I also feel like they should have more help on hand to better assist with the costumers needs.

Great Service
Right as my dad and I walked in, we were greeted by some of the nicest people. I had seen the car I wanted online, and it was exactly how it looked in the images. The only bad part is that the car I was there to see was really low on gas and that's never good for a car. But right as it was filled up, they gave us the keys and we got to take it for a great test drive. There were a few things that we didn't know how to operate and workers came out right away and explained it to use. If you looking for any type of used car, I would definitely come here. They had a range from exotic cars to your everyday car. Overall, it was a five star experience and I would refer this dealership to anyone I could.

Waste of time
The salesperson had us rush up 85 saying vehicle was available I told him wag at time I would be up via text when we got there we got the same old salesperson lie It was sold 30 minutes ago let’s try something else funny thing the last 3 dealerships said the exact line . Waste of time of drive and gas
