I have been working on cars since I was young and have been in the car business since I was 17. I still remember installing a spare tire for a stranded lady off of Highway 77 in Bloomington when I was only 9 years old. I have always loved serving others and I really enjoy helping people with their Audi's! Audi's are the best built vehicles available today, and I am very passionate about the Audi Brand.

Sales and finance were helpful and good. Went to drive away in my car and it turned out service hadn’t even inspected it. They had the car a week with no communication despite my inquiries. I had to go there twice to find out about MY car. To this day, not sure what they did. Your VW service department is awful. I won’t be back.

Paul did a wonderful job showing the details of the car.

Paul did a wonderful job showing the details of the car. Financial paperwork was cumbersome with some of the info they required and getting sold on wax jobs and warranties was painful.

Awesome dealership and most importantly they don't play

Awesome dealership and most importantly they don't play games like the majority of the dealerships do. Brad and his crew are the best around. This was quite possibly the smoothest and most well done purchase I have ever been apart of. We will certainly be back!

Purchasing a vehicle is stressful at best. Luther Park Place Motor Cars is the best place to purchase a vehicle. The caring staff from Terry, Stephen, Kate, and Rhyand takes away the dreaded stress and makes the whole process enjoyable. The follow up is great also. Please visit them if you’re shopping for a vehicle but most importantly if you want to be treated as a highly valued friend. Btw we have purchased 7 vehicles from them, each and time we have been treated with care and respect.

We ordered a brand new Q7 Prestige blacked out.

We ordered a brand new Q7 Prestige blacked out. When we received it months later January 2022 and received on July 2022. We were enlightened that most prestige parts were including the matrix headlights, wireless charging pad, and toll modules were all missing. This was never told to us until delivery day. When approaching the parts manager asking for the headlights at minimum to be placed into the vehicle when available wete wete told it could not be retrofitted and that we didn't have to purchase the vehicle because they could sell it by the end of the week. I was talked down to by the manager named James I feel because I am a woman. This is not the first vehicle we have purchased here including a 2021 Q5 which had many problems from electrical failures to the serpentine belt and pulley failure at 30k miles. I have never had so many disrespectful sales reps treat me differently and address my husband when we repeatedly stated I was shopping for myself. It took three different reps to come in to purchase the Q5. Now to be treated poorly like our purchase didn't matter buying a brand new Q7 Prestige without upgraded features... I am never been so disappointed with a dealership. I cannot wait to trade that car in for something that'd actually what I wanted. What a joke, a blinker bulb not led strip in a Prestige... I'm so disappointed Audi. We've been dedicated audi purchasers for years and I had horrible experiences in the last 4 years. The only savior was our Sales rep Geoff. He is solely the only reason we return to the dealership. Even a recall was blamed on my for our Q5 before it was a recall. Just ridiculous.

It is always a pleasure to work with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at this dealership. The sales team always has my best interest and happiness in mind. The service staff is top notch. The finance team is delightful. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Rochester Audi.
