Luther Park Place BMW

Brought my BMW X7 in for annual maintenance and for evaluation of a message I had been getting about a potential problem. They were unable to figure out the problem (message) that day so they let me use a loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. They had to order a part so it took a couple more days to fix, but since I had the loaner vehicle it wasn’t a problem for me. Good customer service!

It cost me $372.00 for an oil and brake fluid change. At Jiffy lube it costs $50.00 for an oil change and $70.00 for a brake fluid change. So Park Place gouged me for $252.00.

The Audi service is a nice facility. Awesome staff make this a great place to go to quality service at a reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
