My fiancé and I recently leased a Honda Pilot and Honda Accord from Tom Kadlec Honda and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. We're very happy with both vehicles!!

Abby took the time to understand our needs, matched our needs with the vehicles offered by Honda, and got us set up with a new Accord. She had great communication with us during the entire process, and genuinely cares about you being a completely satisfied customer.

Pat took the time to listen and understand what I was...

Pat took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for in a car and did his best to help me find it. During the test drive, he carefully explained all the features of the car and answered any questions I had. It was clear that he was giving me honest answers, unlike a lot of sales people out there who dodge questions or are pushy with their answers. Pat also worked with me to get a fair price on the car (2012 Honda Civic LX) and was professional during the purchasing process. I'm very happy I took the time to visit Tom Kadlec Honda and would highly recommend them when looking for a new car.

I have always found the car buying experience to be very unpleasant. Pushy sales people and unfriendly finance departments. I had never really had a great experience buying a car, this is of course prior to Tom Kadlec. There was no pressure to purchase, there was no eye rolling when we sent Abby in time after time to get different keys because we wanted to try out yet another car. She was very patient with us, stayed with us until we found the perfect car for our family. Abby was very personable, knowledgeable and easy going. Darin made the finance process very easy and stressless. I would definitely recommend Abby and Darin and the whole crew at Tom Kadlec Honda, you won't regret it!

Personally I have nothing but the best to say about Abby...

Personally I have nothing but the best to say about Abby and our experience with her in the purchase of our two vehicles. She was incredibly patient with us as we needed to research the options that would best fit our family. I found Abby to be incredibly knowledgable and attentive to our questions. Overall my wife and I were 100 percent happy with our experience. We will deffinately visit Tom Kadlec Honda with our future needs and will certainly request that we are able to work with Abby again. I will also recommend her to all of my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you Abby for all of your help!!

I have purchased 1 Honda from Tom Kadlec and I'm glad I...

I have purchased 1 Honda from Tom Kadlec and I'm glad I walked away just before I purchased another one. I was dealing on a new car with Neal and he was very pushy and told me everything between the finacing would not be available tomorrow, the price may go up after the month is over, and another customer is interested in buying the car. I walked away and found the same car, miles and equipment 80 miles away for $2,300 less. I also had called the service department and needed warranty work done. Jason was my service advisor who told me the part would not likley be covered by honda. Jason explained because the plastic handle broke and did not fail Honda may not cover it. Jason told me he would be willing to take photos of the part and he would send it into Honda and see if it would be covered. Jason sounded like I was going to be a waist of time and a hassle. I went to another Honda dealership and they looked at the part and said it would be covered and would have the part the next day. I was out of town and did not want to drive back to have the part installed so I went back to Kadlec and delt with another service advisor Steve. Steve helped me and ordered the part without making me feel it would be a hassle. They ordered the wrong part and I needed to return to get it fixed again but i guess that happens. I also noticed when my vehcle was in for service a cargo/storage compartment door had been opened. This is the small storage compartment below the DVD player under the radio. The door was broken prior to being dropped off and is difficult to reinstall. The service I had done would not require anyone to open this door which makes me wonder why someone in the service departmnet would be snooping in the storage compartment?

I am sorry that we were not able to meet your needs during your last visit. I truly hope that you are enjoying your new vehicle. There are many different things that can affect the value of a pre-owned vehicle such as the number of owners, cleanliness of the vehicle, service history, remaining warranty, and whether or not the vehicle has been involved in an accident. As you may remember, the pre-owned vehicle you were looking at was a 1 owner, Honda Certified Vehicle that had a clean Carfax Report. Often times, when there is listed damage on the Carfax Report it can impact the price significantly and consumers can save money. I am sorry that we were not able to accommodate your budget while you searched with us last time. Please accept this as an apology and please know if you ever need anything in the future, we would welcome the opportunity again. Abby was very friendly, and helped me find the car I was looking for without pressuring me or trying to sell me things I didn't need. She even helped find a solution for the one thing the car was lacking, an aux port on the stereo. She had it installed on site for a good price, and it was ready before we even finished signing all the papers.

Andy Gostomczick is great to work with. We've purchased two new vehicles through him at Tom Kadlec Honda. He was able to get me great prices and complimented that with great service. My wife and I still can't believe how painless and pleasant our buying experiences were with Andy and Tom Kadlec Honda. While we live closer to some Minneapolis/St. Paul Honda dealerships, we found driving a few extra miles to Rochester to be well worth the trip.
