Our experience was excellent. The purchase was made quickly. The salesman, Andy, was complete, friendly and courteous. The finace person, Barry, was prepared and ready to have us sign the papers.

I am totally pleased with my experience with this dealership. They were extremely helpful and worked really hard at getting me into an affordable auto loan and a super nice vehicle. I would reccomend anyone come to this dealership. If you want awesome customer service, hard working salesmen(women), and a great choice of vehicles then Tom Kadlec Honda is the place to go. I am exremely happy!

Both AJ Kohn and David Torgrimson did quite a bit of legwork before I even went in to test drive the car to answer my financing and service questions, and by the time I made it in to the dealership it was basically a done deal. They were both friendly and professional, and it went a long way towards finalizing my decision to by my Honda Certified Element.

Hubby & I recently purchased our 3rd Honda Accord...

Hubby & I recently purchased our 3rd Honda Accord from Tom Kadlec Honda which speaks nothing but wonderful things about Honda Accords and Tom Kadlec! I can safely say that we will always buy a Honda Accord for our main vehicle. Honda Accords are awesome, dependable, comfortable vehicles. At Tom Kadlec Honda we dealt with Neal and he is a fantastic salesman to work with. Answered all of our questions, super nice guy to work with, very knowledgeable about the Honda Accord, great communication etc. He even sends a birthday card! Thanks Neal! And we will never forget "Neal's got the deals"! The guy we worked with in the finance department was awesome as well. Sorry, I can't remember his name but a shout out for him as well! Thanks bunches Tom Kadlec Honda and Neal! Customer service is top priority in my book and Neal fit the bill! My only complaint is for myself! I had a coupon book for local businesses and a coupon for free $100 gas with the purchase of a new Honda. Do you think I remembered I had the coupon? Help no! Argh @ me-self some days!!! Thanks!!!!

I couldn't be happier with Tom Kadlec Honda! The service all around was perfect. Andy and everyone else I encountered along the way were amazing. I would-and have recommended Tom Kadlec to anyone looking for a vehicle. I live out of state and they were willing to negotiate over the phone and put pictures up promptly so I knew exactly what I was getting into before I took the trip up there. After the sale, they were just as attentive, making sure I was pleased with my purchase. Very impressed overall and I would without a doubt buy from them again.

Kadlec Honda made my car buying experience great. I found a car I liked online and 2 days later it was at my house. They gave me good value on my trade-in and the vehicle I purchased was priced well below what other dealers were asking. Kiefer answered all of my questions and even answered my emails well after business hours. He told me everthing about the car and sent more pictures when I requested it. Kadlec is a very honest and fair dealership. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Love my Local Honda Dealer!!!

I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Tom Kadlec Honda and have bought several vehicles from them as well as serviced my vehicles there. They are always incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The guys in service are top notch, one of a kind. I would recommend Tom Kadlec Honda to anyone I know for all around automotive needs. Thanks for being the best car dealership in town.

Car was misrepresented

I spoke to the internet sales dept and asked about the condition of a 3 year old car. I was told it was in great condition but had been in a minor front end accident that had been fixed. Since I had to drive about 90 miles to view the car, I asked how firm the price was and was told they had a couple of hundred bucks to work with. After driving the 90 miles, I immediately noticed the hail damage to the roof (they must have fixed the hail damage to the other parts of the car). They had the car on the lot for a few months but the salesman said nobody ever noticed it. After trying to negotiate a little since the car wasn't in great condition and after several trips by the salesman to the sales managers office, I was told they wouldn't budge on the original price. They eventually DID say they would fix the roof damage to bring it to the condition they told me it was in before I drove all that way. I just didn't feel right doing business with a sales manager who wouldn't come out from behind his tinted glass office and who wouldn't honor a price that was verbally quoted over the phone for a car that wasn't in the condition they represented after driving down to see it.
