All employees were pleasant and helpful to each other and to me. Never felt I was buying a car, more like a friendly, no pressure experience. You could feel "integrity" all around you.

This is thrid vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise in Kansas. Each vehicle was clean good working order and less than if we had bought it from a dealer. What more can you say or want.

just wanted to thank Mr. Jones for his patience and spiritual insight. i had just lost my husband and my mother at the same time and had to travel to and from California. not one time was I pressured nor did he insist that there was "a time limit". he allowed me the time needed to take care of these matters. i truly was treated like family and it made the ride of buying my VERY FIRST CAR a very pleasant ride. so Mr. Jones may you never change and I sincerely hope to continue the business through future customers. NEVER have we had such a smooth experience when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesmen Christopher Jones was great! and VERY knowledgeable. My husband is SO picky when it comes to vehicles, It normally is a three day process, this was 3 HOURS! we both were looking for something different. We sat down with our salesman and after a brief discussion of what we needed,desired and expected in our vehicle we got up went out to the lot and he only had to show us 1 car, it was PERFECT just what we both were looking for! it had everything we desired and more. I love the haggle free shopping. Enterprise car sales, in Shawnee Mission will be our place for shopping for vehicles as long as Christopher Jones is employed there!!! although i am sure the other salespersons are knowledgeable, we TRUST him!!

We rented a van from Enterprise, and we had inquired about purchase of this vehicle from their car sales. Did you know that if a vehicle has more than $1500 worth of damage, Enterprise will not sell the vehicle through their sales force? We knew right then that we had purchased a vehicle that not only had been cared for, it had virtually no damage. Knowing that the used car we were about to purchase had not only had all the maintenance done but thoroughly cleaned every time it was dirty made the decision for us - we were purchasing our car through Enterprise. We also thought that if we bought a used car through a rental fleet we would not get what we wanted. Wrong we were again! Leather seats, DVD for the kids, Stow and Go seating -- all of the features we wanted in our primary vehicle was in this car. So our new-to-us Chrysler Town and Country was not only the purchase we wanted, it was also the experience every car buyer should have. Here's the van -- here's the price. Great price for a great van, and financing terms that were better than the terms we had shopped for at banks and online lenders. And to Tim and the gang at Enterprise -- thank you so much for your help in getting us into the van we had, for years, been looking for. Our kids thank you too!

Michael Jones was excellent. He found exactly what I wanted, gave me some options and we made it happen. Everyone with whom I came into contact within the organization was low key, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. I didn't really believe I would buy a car during this initial visit. But, I did. and they made is very pain free. Would gladly recommend them to anyone. Have already given Mike Jone's business card to someone for their consideration. Enterprise should be very proud of their people and the concept of moving vehicles through at very competitive pricing once they have meant their rental goal. Thanks for this great experience.
