This is the second Subaru we have purchased from this

This is the second Subaru we have purchased from this dealership, and they have always been very professional. John in the Service Dept. is the best. Not thrilled with the road noise from the 2025 Forester Limited.

I took my ascent there this morning and they had the

I took my ascent there this morning and they had the exhaust leak fixed before 3pm. John Kanikowski was my contact person and he impressed the heck out of me. Ivan took a test drive with me and knew what was the issue right off the bat. I was given a car to use while my car was being fixed and the lady who handled the process was also very professional and friendly. I was treated with respect and I felt like the people I worked with cared about their business. Thank you greatly!

No appointment, Friday afternoon, battery failing,

No appointment, Friday afternoon, battery failing, previous service center didn’t have supplies to upgrade battery box for larger battery now recommended for my Forester. KMS did my battery w a smile and a thank you. Couldn’t be better!

Never ever to go back to their Car Service Dept.

Never ever to go back to their Car Service Dept. BEWARE !!! I brought my Subaru Impresa 2019 with 50K miles on it for an Oil Change, drove it at night and I noticed 1 of of my headlights is out. It was working excellently prior to bringing it to this place. I called them about it, since there was a recall I asked them to have my headlights be replaced. After a few weeks the headlights recall replacement has arrived, I was quite anxious as to what would be the next problem that would happen to my car since the 1st experience I had with them was very bad. Next day they called me to pick up my car after the headlights replacement was done, drove for groceries, etc. Seems ok ? I was wrong! Drove it at night and I was 30 miles away from home and the Oil Plug came off and engine Oil was flushed all over the freeway. The engine stalled and I paid a tow truck (portion of it was paid by my Insurance) to bring it to my house. I asked our neighbor mechanic and he said it is very, very rare that an oil plug comes off so either it was not properly tightened or it was sabotaged. Next morning I went to see their Car Service Manager ( Francisco ) explained to him and he seems not interested at all. He does not have qualities of a Manager to entertain complaints. He has nothing to say except "It is not our problem". I suggested to him that as a Manager you need to say to your customer that you will need to investigate. I told him there could be a possibility that the mechanic who did the Oil Change on my car is new (less experience) so he could be trained properly or somebody among your technicians is trying to sabotage the work. That's the only time he took note of my Oil Change Invoice #. Not even an apology!!!! I bought the Oil Plug and had our neighbor mechanic to put the new Oil on my car. So far so good.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that situation must have been. Typically, if an oil plug were loose or came off, the vehicle would show signs of a problem almost immediately and likely wouldn’t be drivable for long. Since the issue was reported weeks after the service and we didn’t have a chance to inspect the vehicle, it’s difficult to determine exactly what happened. This place is awesome!

This place is awesome! Always providing great service and follow-up.. I love my Subaru and have bought two from this same dealer, one for me and one for my grandaughter. They are just great!!!!
