My buying experience with these guys was outstanding! I purchased a 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and I couldn't be happier! I had been in contact with the staff here for months and let them know what I wanted and they always kept me in mind. When they had what I was looking for they called me and let me know and I got what I was looking for!! The experience was actually pleasant as far as dealing with a Used Car Dealer. They also informed me that if I needed anything in the future, as far as Maintenance goes with my purchase that they are equipped to keep all repairs in house to better serve their customers and that they want to make sure that they are a one stop shop for their loyal customers. I highly recommend going in and seeing these guys, be it for a new vehicle or even just some service. Their salesman is a straight shooter and will work with you to the best of his ability. Their Technician is very friendly and extremely reasonable. He even let me know what he had done to make sure my vehicle was safe and reassured me that a full check was done one the vehicle before the sale was finalized. Go see these guys!!

poor service never call back
Bought 07 ford F150 with warrenty. About a week after it started leaking oil took it back and was told to bring it back in a week.Which I did ,they put it on the hoist and was tol it was covered they would order parts and call me .Two weeks go by and I had to call again.Told me they would call me back.Waited another week and I called again told me they had the parts but were trying to fit me in. Told them to forget it. took to my mechanic on monday had it repaired on wednesday They called me and told me I was being unreasonable but to send the the bill and they would pay me back. Work was done on 7/9/15 still waiting on check but not holding my breath. Would never buy anything from them. their word is no good

10 years later, still satisfied
Excellent customer service, knowledgable staff and really great selection of vehicles. I purchased my car from them almost 10 years ago, and I'm still driving it today. It has been running strong the whole time, and the few times I had an issue, they were very fair in helping me resolve it. I will be purchasing another vehicle this spring, and their store is the only place I will look. Several friends and family have also purchased from them, and none have had any problems with their cars

Great customer care
Bought my car from here 2yrs ago , they really took care of me . I didn't really know what I wanted but knew I only had so much money to work with . Jake and John were great ! They made me feel like they cared that I have not only a sharp car but a safe and reliable car ! I got just that and when I had a small problem a year later they took care of me ! John even remembered me ! I tell everyone to give them a try .

Excellent service, personal family touch.
After my car was totaled I went to the Auto Store to see about getting a vehicle asap. The service was fast and very helpful. The young men there are very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I don't know much about autos and they explained what I didn't understand. I would recommend this store to my daughter. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Worst dealership I have dealt with. Sold me a car which was advertised as 3 different prices, and then told me that the price I had shown him was part of their 'winter sale' and was going to 'end soon'. I didn't realize it at the time, but the price was changed on Mar. 22, about half a month after I showed up. Ever since then, they've given me nothing but trouble. They have no carfax, and as soon as I had my car washed a few days after I bought it, the front bumper started flaking off paint because they didn't prime it. My wheel bearing was also shot, which was confirmed by my local, licensed, Mazda dealer. The Mazda dealer also pointed out that I had about 40% breaks left on my vehicle as well. I called about my complaints, and was told by Jake, the person I've had the displeasure of dealing with, that I'd have to wait for him to talk to his paint guy and that he'd call me back in a day or two. A week went by, and still no call. I had to call him back, at which point he admitted that he had totally forgotten about me and that I could pick whatever day to drop of the vehicle. So I picked a day to drop it off, and he said it'd be done within 3-4 days. On the third day, I called and inquired about my vehicle, and the proceeded to say it was waiting on being picked up to be painted, but he had said the mechanical problems have been fixed. Four days later, I still haven't heard from them, so I called back and some other person answered and said Jake was busy. I expressed my urgency of needing my car back and asked to speak with Jake again, but he kept saying Jake was busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message, which I did, and told him to call me back ASAP . About five hours had gone by, and still no call. I called back, and not surprisingly, Jake said he hadn't been told to call me back. He also stated that they hadn't changed my wheel bearing yet and was waiting on the Mazda dealer for it, but then he went back on that and said that my wheel bearing wasn't bad but they'd replace it anyway because I asked, but they had repainted the front bumper, which was all part of the same phone conversation. I am now told that my car won't be ready for 3 more days, which is over a week by now. I asked for any sort of imbursement for my time and troubles, which I am currently waiting on because he wouldn't let me speak to the owner, so I am waiting for a call from him. DON'T BUY FROM HERE. ONLY BUY IF YOU LIKE HAVING TO CALL EVERY DAY AND ENJOY A HASSLE. If you purchase a vehicle from here, I strongly advise you to do heavy amounts of research, as well as bring your own mechanic/body person to this establishment. They are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. He didn't seem to care about my review, and, depending on the call I (hopefully) receive in the next two days,I will end up filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, as well ad the NYS Attorney General's office. Please, do yourself a favor and don't buy from here.

Courteous enough; need to update car availability
The vehicle I was interested in was listed on several websites, including their own, but was sold. It would save the buyer (and themselves) time to update car availability more frequently.
