When I went in to speak to a salesman, there was two men moaning in the bathroom. They came out to talk after not washing their hands. Needless to say, I left without inquiring further on the vehicle I wanted to test drive.

If you are shopping for a car, I hope you find the review of my experience with Steve Sivak and 1 Stop Auto helpful: Purchasing a used car online through Carfax and CarGurus proved to be a great way to shop for a car. In September 2023 I purchased a used 2008 Corvette from Steve Sivak at 1 Stop Auto, in Norfolk Virginia. I live in Arizona and never bought a car online, sight unseen, so I had some reservations. I shopped for a month to find the right year, the right color, low mileage and in my price range. It turned out to be an excellent experience. The response to my phone calls and inquiries were very helpful and 1 Stop Auto was very quick to respond. I dealt directly with Steve who really did a great job of helping me through, not only the sale, but with a glitch getting the car titled in Arizona. He was always most courteous and accommodating, but what I appreciated the most was his honest evaluation and description of the condition of the car. I was going to hire an independent Corvette mechanic to do a presale inspection. However, Steve did such a thorough job describing the car’s condition in detail that I decided that I would accept his word on the condition. When it came to the sale price, Steve was again accommodating and helped me keep it within my budget. I use his recommended transporter, Godspeed Transport LLC, to deliver my Corvette by enclosed trailer to my mechanic’s shop. The transport fee was very reasonable and it arrived in excellent condition, three days early. My mechanic did an inspection and road tested my 2008 Corvette then gave me the keys telling me I made an “excellent purchase”. The car was better than described right down to the tires and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for an honest dealer selling great cars.

The owner tried to charge me $875 for having a 2012 Kia for 25 days which they was trying to charge me all most $400 a month with a gps tracking system that was sold to me without then they wanted to install it. Things happen for a reason. I went on 05/29/2019 to CARMAX in Virginia Beach same day. I drove off the lot in 2018 Mini Cooper S with 23k miles and no co-signer . My down payment of $1250, no trade and my credit score is the worst 424! Yup I said it. My car payment a month $311 dollars with an extra $50 added on for the extended warranty called max care which is great! Thanks to Jordan for the sell and CARMAX because they work with bad credit to Very Bad credit!. My advice to anyone that’s looking for car If you think you have credit issues try CARMAX. They have a Variety of cars that can fit your budget, any credit issues that you have or are going through will be accommodated. This is my buying experience. I could do so much more

My wife and I drove down from Upstate New York to test drive our 2007 Jeep Wrangler . Ken sent me tons of pictures of the undercarriage and all around the Jeep before we traveled to Virginia . We found one minor issue during our test drive , which Ken made sure was corrected ,even though the service area was closing in ten minutes ! Who does that ? They made a customer for life ! Thanks for a pleasant experience

This was the quickest and easiest auto purchase I've ever made in my life. No muss no fuss, in and out within a little over an hour. And that was only due to the insurance company not faxing over my insurance information in a timely manner. Ken Bracken was great. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership
