DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchased a vehicle back January. Two days after getting it I started noticing issues, I took ti to a garage and had an inspection... done on it and they found a few problems. I was assured that the car was in great condition, with no issues by the salesman and the owner. The owner actually did my paperwork with me and went on and on about how great it was, and that if i had any problems it would be taken care of. When I found out it had issues two days later I called in right away and told them. They told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I did. I was told by the first garage that there was an oil leak, leaking onto the alternator,, and that the CV joint was bad. When I took back to this place they said they didn't really agree with that. They said that there was an oil leak, but not really a big deal and the CV joint was broken, but "not bad enough to need fixed at that point". They told me to bring back in a few months, aka bring it back when we can charge you the deductible to fix it because they promised to fix things for free in the first 30 days. So they sent me on my way. Then another issue popped up, braking issue. Additionally, the paint on the roof began to peel off and had rusting. I was told by the body shop that they had covered it over so that the missing paint was not apparent when sold. I called back again. The owner took 2 weeks to even call me back. When he did he try to play off all of the issues like they weren't a big deal. I was told by more than one mechanic that a broken CV joint is in fact a very serious issue and can cause an accident. They all said the same thing that it was crazy for them to tell me to :"wait until it got worse". The owner was rude to me , but then finally agree to fix it as long as i paid the deductible. I finally decided that I did not have the money to sink into a lemon. I had given them a $1500 down payment and made 4 payments on the car (I was paying biweekly). I had the car less than 2 months and returned it to them. They had over $2000 of my money, resold the car for over $5000, and are now going to GARNISH my wages for more than $7000!!!! On a car not even worth $7000. So instead of being stand up people and just taking back their lemon (and keeping the $2000 they got from me) they want to make double what the car is worth. I struggle to make ends meet as it is. I told them this when I bought the car. I told them that I had to give it back because I did not have the money to pay to fix 3, 4 5 different things on a car I just got. They decided that the right thing to do, after selling me a bad car is to sue me and garnish the minimal wages I already have. They are dishonest and completely rude when I confronted them with the issues about the car. They come off very nice and helpful at the beginning, but if you have issues with your car, you will see a completely different side of them. This whole experience with them has been ridiculous and awful. Good luck if you do business with them.
Connie, There were not ANY pressing matters with the car and we agreed to fix the very minor oil leak and the minor c/v issue on your 2007 Hyundai at... your first oil change at NO COST to you. The staff was extremely attentive and really cared about you and your purchase. He wanted to make sure that I purchased the right vehicle for me and was... very honest about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here because you will feel like you are very well taken care of. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, after hours, Robert made sure that he had the paperwork ready for me when I got into the dealership. I was shopping for a Lincoln MKS using USAA Car buying Service when I came across the one I purchased. The sales person Robert called me within moments... of my submitting my contact information. He was pleasant and professional on the phone and just as much when I went to the dealership. He allowed me to take the car to my mechanic and gave me several hours to do so. I was a bit concerned about the mileage, however, that was assuaged when the owner assured me he had purchased similar vehicle from the same company before and hadn't received any complaints, as well as, assuring me he would back the 12 month 12000 mile warranty his dealership provides. The confidence in Steve's voice as well as the courtesy and great customer service provided by Robert assisted in my decision to make the purchase. The confidence they displayed in their inventory of cars on the lot left me with the impression they do very good and professional business and are more than willing to stand behind them after the sale.

We were looking for a car for our teenage daughter. I emailed 1Stop Auto through the carfax.com website. The owner Scott called me and spoke with me.... After talking a bit I told him I was also looking at a car in NC which he also looked up and said that's a great deal, even better than mine, you should look at it. I don't know many car dealers, especially owners, that would say that! We decided to go see the one he had on the lot and decided to buy from him and save the 7 hour round trip. Not only was it easy to agree on a price but he also took his time and walked my daughter through the paperwork, explaining it in detail as I signed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Had to take a friend to get his first car. Called Floyd and he verified the car was still on the lot. From there, he did an outstanding job of assisting... with financing, explaining warranty options, and getting us in and out the door, with no worries. I usually am wary of smaller used car dealers, but they did a great job today.
Very pleased. I bought my wife a GLK 350 and she loves it. John from 1Stop wasn't pushy he let me take my time and I appreciate that.
