We have been so impressed with the service of your entire company since we sought purchase of our Equinox. The drive-up quick oil changes are so convenient for us and appreciated. The comments provided by your service people show that they are checking things over carefully when we are there. (We now bring our older Equinox purchased elsewhere for your convenient oil changes, too). Thanks.

Need to have a meeting with manager.

Need to have a meeting with manager. Please send availability. We went in for an oil change and no oil put in. I now have a motor with premature wear damage due to this incident.

This is the second Nissan vehicle we've boughten from

The service department was great to work with they

The service department was great to work with they repaired the oil leak on my 2025 Equinox and explained what caused it.

The transmission fluid cost was ridiculous, especially

The transmission fluid cost was ridiculous, especially since it was a GM issue. Jason was very nice, but couldn't change the cost. They changed oil but NEVER checked the air pressure in any of the tires.
