I could not have been happier with the experience I had buying a vehicle from VML. And while it is easy to be happy when everything goes perfectly smoothly, you learn the truth about the people you are dealing with when there are some bumps in the road. And that's what happened with me. After I bought my vehicle, I noticed some minor issues with it. Nothing catastrophic, and nothing that could have been foreseen, but still, there were problems that needed to be addressed. I am happy to say that they were all taken care of, as fast as possible and at no expense to myself. They were handled through a local dealership and paid for by VML. And, it was all done with a smile from everyone involved. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience, and it can be devastating if the people involved are unscrupulous. But, if you happen to find people who take pride in their work and reputation, you consider yourself lucky. I am lucky to have found VML and I look forward to buying from them in the future!

I probably contacted a dozen dealers during this car buying process and they basically all fall into two categories. They are either very nice and professional with over priced cars (mostly new car dealers) or they have cars that are priced well but they are unprofessional, lie about the options and condition of the car, and add $1,500 to $3k to the advertised price. VML was the best of both. Chris, Andrea, and Vince where professional, not pushy, knowledgeable, and just nice. In addition, the car was priced really well and there were no bate-and-switch tactics.........so win, win! Thanks Guys.

Great customer service and knowledge about BMW! Family own business that you can trust. My husband and I decided to buy a pre-owned BMW X1. We spent all day on Saturday going from LIC to NJ, dealership to dealership to look at the X1s that we pre-selected online. I forgot how tiring it can be to find the perfect car and especially a dealership that is respectful and honest! Save yourself some time and go directly to VML Motors. As the X1 at VML was the favorite of our selection, we decided to go last to make sure we were doing a smart decision in case we would buy it that day. When we arrive, they unfortunately had sold the car we wanted an hour before - lucky new buyer. The car was perfect with a clean Carfax and nothing scketchy about the price. The price you see online is the same than the price advertised on the car - paying cash or financing. Despite the disappointment of not getting the car that day, we left the dealership happy as Andrea and her husband assured us that they have a good rotation of cars and that they would call us before advertising the car online if they find the car we were looking for. Vince explained to us how they are pricing the car and gave us recommendation on choosing the year and mileage that would be best for us knowing how we would use the car. They are getting their cars from certified dealership around the Tri-state area and not from auction (usually the worst condition cars). I have never seen a dealership as helpful and respectful than them. Would highly recommend!

This dealership is truly one of a kind. They treat their customers as if they were a member of their own family. They were a pleasure to deal with and they were a stand up team. Any time anyone I know needs car, I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their cars are exceptionally clean and in mint condition. They are honest, reliable and run a great dealership. Highly satisfied customer!

VML is in an easy location right in Teterboro. It's a family run business, Andrea and Vince are great people. Their cars are priced competitively and in great condition! All of the information and car fax is given to you right there. They've got a bunch of high end cars like BMW and Mercedes. If you're looking for an amazing used car, definitely check out VML! I love my car and have had zero issues with it!

Family run business who takes great care of their cars and customers. Purchased a British Racing Green Mini Cooper S 2015 that had about 14, 500 miles; sunroof, newly repaired brakes, leather seats, great sound system and racing stripes. Drove it back to Atlanta so was able to really drive it for many miles to understand its qualities. Great car, really happy with my purchase. Would buy from VML Motors again.

traded my 2 door jeep and bought a 4 door jeep with the nicest people and easiest process ever buying a car. And I have bought a few lol. I concur with the rest, very happy. Not like going to a care dealership. Easily the best car buying experience I have had, and I am very happy with the deal I got on my car. A friend knew what I was looking for, and my price range, found the car online. I went in Monday to out a deposit down and think, came back the next day to pick it up. I was very satisfied. No pressure or stress.
