I do not usually write reviews, but after dealing with Vince and Chris at VML Motors, I wish I could give them more than five stars! The BMW I purchased from them was exactly as advertised. There were no hidden fees or other charges that unfortunately so many other dealers practice. There was never any sales pressure or sales gimmicks. They where both highly knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased and where able to answer all my questions. I will be happy to refer friends and family to this outstanding dealership.

Vince runs a very nice place. It is an indoor showroom, clean and inviting. I could roll around under the car, do a decent inspection, and not get dirty or wet. The car I purchased was as described. At pick-up, it was spotlessly clean. There is absolutely no sales pressure. The cars appear to speak for themselves. I believe Vince chooses the cars he sells carefully. The price I paid was fair. Ultimately, only time will tell if the purchase of this Mercedes was a good idea or not. But for now, it looks and runs like a new car.

My husband and I live in Manhattan and felt a little out of the loop since it had been years since we purchased a car. Thankfully we found the car we wanted at VML. Vinnie, Chris and Andrea were all extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They walked us through the process without pressuring us. The Mercedes looks brand-new and has very low mileage. I was taken to this dealer by my mechanic. I had spent endless hours scouring cars online. I somehow missed the car that ultimately bought. After purchasing, I found the add for my car and it was as advertised. The price was real and the car is fantastic! There really is a great selection there and good prices. I received great service. Was provided with a carfax report and a hassle-free test-drive. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.
