Came in looked around seen the car I liked drove it and I was helped to get into it.They was patient with me while I looked for insurance rates for the car.Friendly and highly recommended used car lot even have warranty that can be bought from them even if car come as is.The person who helped me was victor and the finance lady.

I found our Son's first vehicle on Car fax. When I arrived at Emmons, the sales staff did not "pester" my wife and I at all. They let us take our time and look at vehicles at our leisure. Bought a 1998 Black RAV4 L and when I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. I have spent over $3,000 in repairs on this vehicle....I realize that it was an older vehicle but my old clunker was better than what I got from them. They don't care!

This is a great place to place to buy a car. Victor was our salesperson and was amazing. He went above and beyond to help. We drove all the way in from Cypress, and it was well worth the drive. I'm almost afraid to reveal the best kept secret of used car buying, but you honestly can't find a cheaper price anywhere - especially for the miles. We've been searching the big dealerships in Houston, and they do not compare. This place is a hidden gem. Do not judge the book by it's cover. This is not a big flashy dealership, but it is well kept and the service more than makes up for any rough edges the actual building has. I'm buying a great clean used car, not the dealership building.

I didn't know this dealership before I saw a car for sale on the internet at this dealer. The car looked intriguing enough to drive from Cy-Fair to Pasadena to look it. It was a 2002 Mustang GT, a car I had been interested in for a long time. The car had 23K miles on it and it looked like it had been garaged for 13 years, almost like new. I bought the car from Justin who was very helpful. He even fixed a small switch on the vehicle at no charge. The support staff made the purchase transaction smooth. It was quite interesting how much business this dealer was generating via customers in the lot. Low mileage cars at good prices it likely one of the reasons. Thanks again Justin as well. Scott

The sales associates worked well to get me the vehicle I wanted, unfortunately were not able to haggle on the price but it was still the cheapest around the area. The associate helped many other customers while I was waiting to get my vehicle so I did not get the 1 on 1 support I wanted, but overall they were very helpful.
