I bought a 2012 Subaru from them on Nov 30th.

I bought a 2012 Subaru from them on Nov 30th. I took it to my mechanic for a look over and found the backup camera wasn’t working, missing molding on the passenger side mirror, a radiator leak and a possible oil leak. The car then started to stall but I figured it was from the leak. I took it in they fixed the radiator leak , camera and molding. I figured I was all set. Mind you it was in the midst of Xmas. I am on disability and I really trusted these guys. Well the car kept stalling more and more so I was scared and knowing that their mechanic is only there on Thursdays , I got the soonest appointment I could with my mechanic. My mechanic found that the torque converter was bad and it will cost me $1500 to repair. If driven it could damage my transmission. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I contacted NW Auto Mall for compensation and they refused to have anything to do with me! I have been without my car for 5 days now and have to borrow the money for this huge repair! The whole transmission has to be taken out to replace this one part! Do not buy from this dealer!!!!! Their cars are on the edge of just passing inspection!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My Engine Blew Within 3 Days. When I brought it back they tried to blame it on me. As soon as you see the office you'll see this is a joke of a dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. I purchased a 2011 Subaru here which they claimed was in tip top condition. They made it look superficially nice, and delayed the pick-up claiming they were "making sure everything was good to go in the shop." That was reassuring, but a few weeks in and the "Christmas tree effect" lit up my dash. Took it to the repair shop and it needed a full spark plug replacement and tune-up. That sucks, but at least it's good to go now, right? WRONG! The car power started intermittently flickering while driving... turns out it needed a new battery because it still had the ORIGINAL 2011 battery in it?! No wonder it was so sluggish... Battery replaced... now we're about 3 months into this train wreck and boom - front left knuckle cracks while I'm turning, causing my car to start scraping on the ground on the highway! I have it towed, they fix that, and inform me that the stabilizers all need to be fully replaced as well as the brakes. I went into severe debt not being able to afford these repairs out of pocket, and wasn't even able to fix everything before I ended up not being able pass inspect a year in, and ended up losing the vehicle because I couldn't pay for it. These disgusting SCAMMERS who run these dealerships don't care about how horribly they screw your life into the ground. Do yourself a favor and buy new, or get a lease-to-own. I hope these people go out of business... they ruined my life.

I'm happy with my car a year later!

I went to Northwest Auto Mall after bad experiences at other dealers in the area. Paul was my salesman. Low key approach, handed me the keys to cars I was interested in. No pressure. No hovering. No song and dance. Cars were ready to test drive, no waiting. I found a car for only $3995, almost unheard of, and still running great a year later! Only a few bugs to work out. I've been meaning to write a good review for months. Afterwards, my husband bought a similar used car only 4 years newer and almost twice the price at Hoselton Auto Mall. We were NOT impressed with Hoselton. Their warranty for used cars is basically useless. Hoselton's sales, financing and repair departments are separate and it makes things a lot more complicated. The price at Hoselton was a lot higher than anticipated. Why not one stop shop at a smaller dealership like Northwest with good inventory and great prices, and skip all the hoopla and red tape of a big name dealer and get a better deal? Northwest was quicker, easier, and more up front than other dealerships we've tried.

Free oil change

The process was easy and the people were very helpful with working with us, would definitely recommend if looking for a car, the interior of all the cars I looked at seemed very clean an very minimal and or no rust on any cars.

Nice helpful dealership

Very helpful and nice folks. The car I looked at wasn't quite what I wanted but you couldn't fault the service. Not pushy.
