AJ is a true professional

I would send my mom or daughter in to see AJ to buy a car and they could go by themselves and I know AJ will treat them well. I am happy to refer anyone in the market to him.

Centennial Leasing and Sales

Joe Cistone with Centennial was WONDERFUL! This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience. I would and will only shop with Joe for any further vehicle purchases my family will need.

Won't do that again

We have gotten our last couple of cars through Centennial Leasing, and have not thought about going to any other dealer for our family cars, until now. On 10/5/2016 we purchases a 2008 Honda Pilot from Centennial Leasing. On our test drive my husband made the comment that it was strange that our salesman, Noel, made the comment, "Oh look, it started right up." I took it as a joke. But on the first day driving the car it just did not feel right. In fact, I told my husband I did not want to drive this car as it did not start easy and did not drive smoothly. This is strange because I loved driving our other Honda Pilot. On day three we took the car grocery shopping and coming home we had trouble. We pulled into an auto parts store and they checked the battery and charging system. The alternator was not working and the battery was almost dead. Thank God we made it home. But that was it. The care would not go from there. The next day we had it towed to Bell Road Honda. The alternator had to be replaced and the battery needed to be replaced. We paid $100, since we purchased the extended warranty. (even though we were challenged using this but were finally given authorization because we had the care for "less than six months??????") The day after we got the car back the car began making loud noises so my husband took a second day off of work to take it back to Honda. Two other things had to be replaced. You must know how frustrated we are at this point. We had to pay the $100, we paid over $100 for the battery, and my husband lost two days pay. All of the receipts and proof of work were presented to our sales associate, Noel, who said he would present this to his manager. But we were informed yesterday by Centennial Leasing that we would receive no compensation for all that we have lost with a car we purchased less than a week before it broke down. I was shocked and very disappointed. I have always spoken very highly of Centennial Leasing and have been giving out Noel's card to my co-workers and friends. We had always had wonderful service and received great products through Centennial Leasing. Now I do not feel I can say that. In fact, my daughter is now looking for car. We are not taking her to Centennial Leasing. I need to make sure my daughter has a reliable car and I don't want to go through this mess again. Again, I am shocked that you do not back your product. I am surprised that you do not support long term customers.

Michael over at Centennial helped me tremendously in picking the right car for me! I never felt pressured like I did at other car dealers I had gone to before. He did everything in my best interest and all the staff was friendly. It was a very personal shopping experience and I recommend this place to friends and family to date! Keith is the man!

I have just purchased my 4th new vehicle from Keith, a 2016 F150. He makes the process simple and non frustrating for me and my family. Going in to centennial and knowing he's going to tell it to me straight, what we can do and can't makes it a great experience for me. No hassle and no pressure, will definitely be back in the future.

Todd Hale is the Best!!!!

I was given Todd's info by a friend who also had an Excellent Experience a few months ago! My Husband and I were in market for a newer car (mine was a 16 Expedtion). We had a special financial circumstance that I thought would hinder any great finds or rates. Todd didn't promise the world but he reassured us that he find us the Best fit (car, financing, etc)! Over the course of the week of me trying to find what I loved/liked about certain cars/suvs he really understood my "craziness!" He didn't pressure or brush me off. When he did call me to advise they just got something in I may like I rushed down and he still patiently advised the pros vs cons! But I knew as soon as I saw the car it was perfect for me! We still had a few bumps but it was not due to Todd or Cls and for this I feel even more Grateful for their patience!! In the end we are Extremely Happy and tell Everyone this is the way car buying Experience should be done! We look forward soon to getting my husband a new truck with Todd & Cls! By the way the facility is super nice and everyone else there is too! My red CX-5 is AWESOME! Lisa
