I've been looking for a new car for months now, I've visited dealers all over the valley and never received anything close to the wonderful service that I got at Centennial Leasing & Sales. Hai listened to everything that I wanted and even anticipated things that I hadn't thought of yet. The buying process that I had dreaded became enjoyable. I walked out with the perfect car for me. Hai did a great job at explaining all the process and paperwork. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend CSL to any car shoppers!

Amazing Car Buying Experience!
Highly recommend Centennial Leasing! This was my first time buying a new car. I never once felt pressured into buying the car. Working with Tod was an amazing experience. He explained the whole process to me up front so I knew what to expect. He answered any questions I had thoroughly. I was specific on the car I wanted and Tod made it work. I appreciate everything he did to get me into the car I wanted and for making it so easy. Wonderful car buying experience!

It's our 5th used car bought here since 2001!!!!!!
This purchase was our 5th purchase from Centennial! The more I drive this 2016 Cadillac SRX, the more I love it. This fantastic experience was made with the assistance of Consultant Eric Wilson. In fact 2 1/2 years ago, Eric helped our son make his purchase there. We remembered the effortless purchase that we had with Eric before, so we chose him again. This shopping experience was just wonderful. Apparently, Eric is a popular consultant as his office is adorn with several awards of service to his customers. Eric appears to be very capable of multitasking as he could assist several people who needed help. I consider myself a veteran shopper there. After he greeted my wife and myself that morning, and exchanged pleasantries, he provided us with the today's pricing list and brief information of the vehicles available for purchase. I basically had a target vehicle of choice already in mind, but I looked over the vast selection of cars there. All the cars had informational sheets posted on the windshield. I like that. The new cars had the manufacturers recommended retail price (MSRP) listed. Along with that, they had the much lower Centennial Price. I love their NO HAGGLE PRICING. As long as I live in Arizona, ALL my cars will be purchased from Centennial! Period! After I had picked out my choice, Eric moved the car out of the parking spot into an open area, so I could open ALL the doors and hood. I've been driving cars for about 50 years. I know what I look for. Even though this 2016 Cadillac SRX was 2 years old and a few miles on it, to me it was close to a work of art. Eric provided me with so much background data on this car. Carfax data, previous ownership, some maintenance information, history, but most important to be was a copy of the 127 point maintenance checklist performed. Anything that need attention to, was professionally taken care of before being placed on the sales floor. This car is much more technologically advanced by years, than what I was used to driving. Eric patiently explained all the features to me, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He recommended that we take a test drive to ensure that this was our dream car, and for us to be completely satisfied in our purchase. We drove it and we loved it even more. Eric drew up all the paperwork in a complete and competent manner. He offered us an extended warranty , which is completely normal. What I liked was that he did NOT make us crazy with all the typical pitches that you often get with the factory dealerships. No additional add-ons! No weather-stripping, no undercoating, no tinting, none of that additional sales pitching to drive up the cost unnecessarily. Coincidentally, we purchased on a bank holiday, so we could only place a down payment on the car. So the car had to stay behind as we placed a wire transfer for funding. Surprising, that night the pricing on my dream car and several other cars were reduced by a small percentage to inspire sales. I thought that I had missed out on a wonderful moment by less than 24 hours. Centennial contacted me to inform that I WAS eligible for the newly lower price, if I would sign a new contract. I was stunned to say the least. (Have you ever heard of a car salesman or dealership to do such a thing???) Eric DELIVERED the car to my home himself! He stopped by a nearby gas station and filled the tank with PREMIUM gasoline. My daughter needs a new car in about 6 to 9 months. I am definitely taking her to Centennial Cars. I've had 2 great shopping experiences with Eric, but I am confident that ANY of their consultants will give you a similar experience. Centennial gives the full service and respect that all customers deserve and should be given by all dealerships, but don't often get with the other dealers. Today, I celebrated my 38th anniversary married to my lovely wife, and my 17th anniversary of shopping from Centennial Sales of Phoenix. I will continue to recommend shopping here with no worries!!!!

Amazing! Great! Wonderful!
I was referred to Centennial Leasing and Eric Wilson from a friend who also got me approved for my car loan. I had never heard of a place like Centennial Leasing but so glad they exist. Car buying can be such a hassle and as a woman I feel car salesmen take more advantage of my weak knowledge. Eric was knowledgeable, respectful, patient with all my questions and in the end provided an amazing car buying experience. Thank you!

Best car-buying experience!
We had purchased a new car here in 2004 and have been sending friends and family to Frankie Loren ever since! Centennial is, by far, the best car-buying experience. I would never go to a dealership again. We just bought another car from Frankie and she treated us like family. Centennial goes above and beyond in the customer service department.

Great experience-No hassle, No High Pressure Sale
Best experience. Found a car we wanted on cars.com. Contacted the dealer, Centennial, to arrange a test drive. Car was ready and waiting upon our arrival. No high pressure sales. Price was as quoted on the website, no hidden fees or add ons. Would recommend this place to anyone. Our sales rep, Eric, was top notch! I appreciated that he gave us a history and background of the company. They find the car you want!
