The cool spring Nissan service center is ridiculous! How can you possibly have a team grouped together with so much Synergy, from the manager Mark Hepler to Jenifer Spaulding to Bob Shank my experience of having my vehicle serviced was amazing heck I felt like I was part of a family. If you want professional, knowledgeable and friendly service Cool Springs Nissan is the place to go

First oil change on my Rogue Sport
The service manager was very pleasant and got us through quickly. They washed our car and reviewed the things they serviced on our car. The facility was comfortable with complimentary coffee and cold water.

Great Experience
In my 63 yrs I Have never had the Experience of Buying a car with the friendliest people that are there. I plan on driving over an hour to do my service on my Armada !

Poor Experience with Kyle Stewart
My request for info about a particular vehicle went unanswered for several days. I was told to look at NADA values for pricing on my trade in. Kyle offered me over $1000 less than avg NADA trade in value for my vehicle, yet wanted to sell me a car at $2000 over NADA retail. I was an educated consumer, which he didn't like, so his email response was rude and condescending. I'll not ever look for a vehicle at Cool Springs Nissan again.

Exceptional Service
this was our first service for our recently purchased Pathfinder. Richard Cole was great. He got me in and out in a short period of time and was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend asking for him anytime you have a service issue!

Fantastic Service Dept!!
I went in on a Saturday Morning at 7:00am to get an oil change and was out by 7:40am. Your Service Dept. is great very friendly service reps and great coffee!!! :)
