First time buying a car, it went very well!

I had a wonderful time buying from this dealership. Zane Maddox was very friendly. This was the first time I've ever bought a car, and he never once made me feel overwhelmed by the whole thing. It was a good experience, and I'm sure I'll be a returning customer in the future!

Found a 23 Silverado on cars.

Found a 23 Silverado on cars.com that I liked at this dealership. I worked with Dakota, who was a nice fellow. We came to an agreement and I drove 1100 miles to pick it up. When I arrived, I noticed that the truck was really dirty. I was a bit surprised since they had what appeared to be a really nice detail shop, which was open. I mentioned it a few times, but Dakota did not seem to care. As you can see in the photos, instead of actually cleaning. the rear windows, they just took a truck stop squeegee and dragged it across. The rear slider was coated with something that made it very difficult to see out of and when I tried to get it off at a rest area, I was unable. I wound up having to have the truck detailed to get it to look brand new and it cost me $300.00. While I was driving back home, with 206 miles on the truck, it went into limp mode because the dealership never added any DEF. I was forced to pull into a rest area but since they did not sell DEF, I spent two hours asking truck drivers that pulled in if they had any. I was finally able to purchase a partially filled container from a guy, which got me going again. I also noticed that the window washer fluid reservoir was empty and the tires were overfilled by 6-10 pounds. When I spoke with Dakota about these issues, He apologized and assured me that the dealership would make it right. That was reduced to "they would pay me back for the DEF", but they never did. I buy at least one new vehicle every year, from dealers all over the country. I paid a fair price for this truck & the salesman was a nice guy but I have never taken delivery of a vehicle that was as dirty as this and more importantly, missing fluids that the dealership is supposed to add. There was no excuse for this. They were actively cleaning and detailing vehicles while I was there and there was no snow on the ground. Its unprofessional and shows me that this dealership does not care about the finer details. At this point, I have it in writing that they would reimburse me for the DEF and I have waited almost two months for it. I will just file complaints with Chevy and whatever Ohio state agencies handle this. Bottom line for me is that the truck is great but this dealership sucks.

Very happy with my new vehicle

This is my second time dealing with Justin at Drennen's dealership. I was very happy with my first experience and knew that Justin would do everything he could to give me a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. He worked very hard to get me the Encore I wanted at a price I could afford. He was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Justin is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He treats you like family and goes the extra mile to make sure you are very satisfied with your new vehicle.
