Simply the best

Mr. John was very polite and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous about making this big decision. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me about the car I had chosen and gave me a tour around the service center. The financing manager was also great. I love my new Kicks!

Nissan Service Visit

I have been a Nissan owner since 1988 and will always take my car to Nissan to be serviced! David takes the time to explain any problems and/or look-fors and concerns that will need attention now or in the future.

Good service, confusing feedback

Came in for a steering and CVT issue that is being taken care of. However, while waiting, the internal service portal sent me the wrong quote info for service, very different than what I came in for (quote was for a $800 radiator repair vs. a warranty electrical issue that I actually came in for). This discrepancy in information made me think I was being swindled. So I spent a good 20 minutes before the trip came to talk to me steaming. But once I pointed put the issue, the rep realized I was sent the wrong RO quote and quickly remedied the situation. Service department needs to assure they are sending the right info to the right customer.

Tiffany is incredible & trustworthy! Always exceeds my expectations! Meme was super friendly at the checkout desk. I’ve visited this dealership now 4 times. Don’t use my local dealership for service because this one is so much better.

We were treated in a friendly and informative manner.

We enjoyed working with our sales person. He helped us choose a vehicle that fit our demands and familiarized us with the parts and service departments. He proved to be our advocate. Cars are complicated these days, so having someone go over everything with us was very helpful.
