First impressions are the most memorable. I was greeted with a warm welcome the minute I arrived on the lot. All salemen were curious and friendly. The financial advisor were knowledgeable and detailed. Mr. Feild made sure every need was met for me to purchase the car I was interested in buying.

Even if my car had many expensive issues that I could not get repaired as it would cost as much as my older car itself, it was great getting help by Amanda as she was very courteous and polite and professional in helping me, giving me information to make an informed decision as well.

I had an appointment at 9:00. Got there, car looked at and was not communicated to me until 10:30. Then what needed to be done took over an hour. Finally finished at 11:45 and the service department closed at noon.

Every visit is the same...just horrible. I visit location for the convenience only, it’s minutes from my house. Half vacuumed my car, took rep 11 minutes to check me in and out.

I was treated so well by everyone there. I was kept in the know about the status of the repair. I have decided to bring my car here for regular maintenance going forward.
