I was promised that vehicle will be ready for quick paperwork. Oh Boy!! All this was DECEPTION!! When you reach at dealer, Boss who you talk and agree in phone and in writing, is not available. New salesperson is assigned to assist and waste your time. Snake oil salesman!! Buy this. Buy that. WHAT happened to agreed deal in writing with desk manager, which i did to save time and speed-up the process. New Sales Manager don't care for your deal. What Deal!! And so called boss whom you were talking in last few days, didn't show-up and/or has courtesy to pick the phone. Cameron the so called boss was there in building to watch the drama from distance. It's all B.S. bait and switch game. I was played. but please be careful from these unprofessional snake oil salesman!! No ethics!! Please save your time and peace of mind!! STAY AWAY. Irony, Dealer put a banner "Under New Management and New Attitude"!! What a joke!! I think, sales staff must take ethical and morality classes. Sorry to say, I wasted whole day and 5 hours in commute (150 miles) from LA to Riverside!! Still waiting for Apologies!! NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!

False advertisemeant cars are not certified
They're advertising a rogue. And when I went to go see the car. They could not find the keys to the car. Also, it shows that the cars are certified none of their cars are certified.

Bad service
On Saturday march 5th took my car for oil change first no one has the courtesy of saying good morning I ask Eduardo if can help said was busy and gave toSam this guy is so unprofessional no communication at all ask if he can call me when is done said to show up before 3 pm because they were closing okay that was the end of it. On Tuesday I was going to change the front tires because they were not good but Nissan kept my wheels locked extension I called Raceway Nissan at 5:00 pm ask for help lady by the name Maria said no one available only Eddie ask to talk to him he didn’t want to answer got to the shop at 5:55 Eddie did not want help me at all said to come back the next day explain the danger of my tire said he couldn’t help thank god there was another person that was able to help me and look for the wheel lock extension . By putting all this service at Raceway Nissan is the worst that I have ever seen

Discrimination and Consumer Fraud
. I was shocked and in no way prepared for the terrible experience that I had here. I totally expected to walk in and walk out with an agreement so I can buy my leased vehicle. The raceway Nissan dealership of Moreno Valley takes you thru a tremendous hassle, the staff lie, they don’t honor your time, and they don’t value you, or the money you spend that literally keeps them gainfully employed, The staff at Raceway Nissan of Moreno Valley take advantage of their consumers and try to make you haggle regarding a cost that is part and parcel of a lease agreement contract already. I still don’t understand his approach or strategy or why they would not assist me with my lease buyout my only guess is that Bryan marginalized, under- valued and under estimated me because of the color of my skin, and did not serve me fairly based on my financial qualifications. If you made it to the end of this rant, Run the other way!!!

Worst dealer
No sales experience, no professionalism at all sounds like these people hate there job and lie about pricing. Very grimy and don’t know how to sell anything. Going to be a going out of business dealership if they keep those horrible sales people.

Minor Incident but overall great service
Besides an incident where I was lied to by the manager with glasses, the buying experience was great. Gabriel was a great salesperson and made the buying experience great.

Discouraged
I recently purchased a used rouge. The suv did not have plates and was issued temp plates. I then received new tags and registration for plates that were not on the rouge. I went to raceway Nissan and talked to my sales rep and he said he would contact the dmv person and take care of it. A copy of The registration and tags were texted to him. A week Later I texted my sales person and asked him to keep me informed and he had the dmv person call me. She took the information and said she would take care of it that nobody told her there was no plates. She said it would be a couple of days and it's now been 8 days and nothing. The paper plates are expired and I have a registration and a tag for a plates that are not around. This is the 3rd car I bought from this dealer (2 new and 1 used) and we were looking to buy another but I think my needs for better service will send me somewhere else

illegal and unethical practices
Sales consultant Abraham Peralta acted illegally by having a client sign a contract and not reviewing the details of the contract. That is very unethical. He was pushy, rude and took advantage of a vulnerable woman just to make a sale. The dealership has not reprimanded him for his actions and continuously belittle women who attempt to obtain justice. He has friends in that dealership to cover his actions. Its sad to see a business allow their workers to do this. Sketchy and deceptive practices here.
