Once again, maintenance was performed without resetting dashboard reminder prompts. How complicated can this be? So now I need to drive almost thirty... miles back to the dealership. Is this reasonable? Lazy. The one time I ignored this, I had an actual oil leak that disabled my car. Subaru offers a great product, but the service departments are not so great. We also had to wait almost two months for an appointment. I really do not understand why Subaru tolerates this.
First time I bought a new car in many years and Subaru of Cherry Hill made it all very easy. Process started with their excellent website where I was able... to narrow my search. Once at the dealership, no pressure, showed me the car I was interested in (2020 Forester Sport) and let me take a long, leisurely test drive. All the paperwork for purchase and financing went very smoothly. Delivery expert gave me a crash-course in the car's operation and technology and has invited me back for a follow-up. Everyone there very friendly, expert, professional and customer-focused. Great experience!
I had a good experience working with Kelvin at Cherry Hill. He was kind and genuine and answered all of my questions to help me figure out the right car... for me. Unfortunately, they did not have the color I preferred, but Kelvin did everything he could to provide me with the best offer. I ended up going with another color at a different dealership, but I would recommend Kelvin at Cherry Hill!
Scott Bregman was so very helpful in buying my new car. He is very knowledgeable and explains the car and the process very clearly. I would buy another... Subaru from Scott and Cherry Hill Subaru in the future.
I purchased a car from Scott at Cherry Hill Subaru. The process couldn't have gone any easier. Scott did all the work behind the scenes allowed me to... just pick up the car and go. I will definitely buy from Cherry Hill Subaru again.
This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Subaru of Cherry Hill and that is because the whole process was conducted professionally and with courtesy... toward the buyer (me).

Goal was to buy a 2020 Impreza for our daughter. Sales man Kelvin (?) was very good and kind. We had offered a lower price - instead of simply refusing... our offer the sales (manager?) started arguing with me and spoke in very condescending manner. If the guy had any sensitivity he could have easily sold the car at the same price that was offered initially. This is the second time they list our business. We did buy 2016 Impreza from this dealership because of a friendly sensitive sales manager. We bought our 2019 forester in Pleasantville because of bad people skills on their part
