I was hoping to prolong the replacement process for my 2007 Hyundai Sonata (206,000 miles) as long as possible. When a deer kamikazed my baby while my husband was driving it, that definitely changed. I'm a 911 Dispatcher, so you can imagine the range of emotions I had when I answered his 911 call and he basically said, "Honey, I wrecked your car." There were a lot of people and businesses that came together and played a role in making this emotional rollercoaster easier for me, especially because my husband is on the west side of the state and unavailable due to work mandated training (with the only other car that we own). My dad has a long history working with John's Auto Mart so I walked in trusting that they would take care of me too. They had the exact car I wanted as a replacement (another newer Hyundai Sonata) and it was in the color that my husband wanted. The asking price was very workable and close to the range that my husband and I were hoping for. Ken and Al were extremely understanding to our situation. Al made the experience very personal and Ken made it possible for my husband and I to be on everything together, even though my husband isn't available to do anything until the weekend (I was buying mid-week during my days off). When it came to negotiating, there really wasn't any, and there wasn't much need for any. Ken cut it as low as he could and it was in the price range we wanted. I was able to drive the car home the same day and the whole process only took about an hour and a half. John's Auto Mart definitely made the replacement process easier than I was expecting and I really enjoyed working with them.

I went to buy a Chevy Malibu last week, the staff was super friendly and helpful and I felt taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to John?s Auto mart in search of a new car. They helped me out right away and were very polite. They also made deals to get close to my price range. Ken found a car that surpassed all my specified requests and took away all the need for shopping around. I always know he will sell me the car for a fair price and offer a good trade in for my current vehicle. I hate to haggle over price and worry if I?m being taken advantage of when I buy a car, and Ken?s upfront pricing takes away that haggling and worry. This is 7th car our family has purchased from Ken. He and Al are friendly and knowledgeable.

Out of all of the cars we have bought this was definitely the most easy buying process and non-pressured service. We had been to the lot before to look at a couple of vehicles and Al was there right away to answer any of our questions. My wife and her family have been buying cars from John's Auto Mart for a long time but this was my first, it has definitely turned me into a repeat customer. When we started looking for a vehicle we had also checked around and Ken had the best prices and selection for what we were looking at purchasing.
